10-15 coaches across and within disciplines is absolutely in line with every other major professional team sporting setup globally - can't understand how people have a problem with this.
If you can't see value in specialist coaches/consultants/coordinators, or don't understand what they do (e.g. speed, learning), I'd implore you to do some googling.

There's also obviously varying degrees of contributions by different coaches. The kicking and speed consultants are not going to be at every session but will have specific players and things they work on or assist with.

100% wait till they find out the coach doesn’t actually do a traditional coaching role any more.
Some of these guys will be limited fly in fly out situations and not on huge salaries like some people might think they are.
We really have some way to go as a code for people to understand what true professionalism is in the modern day.

While Berry can be hot and cold, I'm struggling to understand your point here. Isn't is the job of the referee to ref a game according to the laws?

I have a concern about Dan Palmer's role as lineout coach. I'm not sure if he has that position with the Brumbies, but the Brumbies lineout is not performing like a well oiled engine atm. Both Pollard and Lonergan (a little less so) throw too shallow allowing any opposition jumper getting up in front of the nominated catcher an unhindered opportunity to make a steal. On a lineout win, admittedly, the Brumbies have some of the best options for attacking a defensive line, but that poor throwing is a blight on the team's performance. I wouldn't like to see it repeated at the Wallabies.
With Wright, Kellaway, Petaia & Mark N (Nawaqanitawase) likely to be in the squad I think 15 is the least of our worries

That is very disrespectful to someone who has put a lot back into the game of rugby and been good enough to be selected at the highest level, on the biggest stage.
And that’s coming from a Reds supporter, where I feel like sometimes he comes down harder on us to get rid of any notion of ‘old club bias’

Happy for the people selected on the referring panel however isn’t this part of the problem with rugby? Why are we making such a promotional activity out of the refs? Their appointments should be low key and fans should know little about their personalities or styles come game day. Obviously the players and staff would do their due diligence but the fans should know little about them, yet they are arguably as famous as some players.
