Tahs owned that game but butchered some easy opportunities - Donaldson being the fulcrum on which some of those decisions floundered. A simple four-on-none after Pietsch's cross-field stepathon was murdered by the hail mary instead of the simple score 15m from touch. He's pretty much opened the door for Harrison to return, even tho I don't like how deep Harrison plays.

Yes there were positives, but the negatives remain, and one of them is Horton's lineout throwing. It just isn't up to scratch, regardless of conditions. Get the Gordon chap (Mahe?) in there next week.

Losing Cridge is going to hurt us - very good for our scrum power next to Holloway and does the dirty work around the field. Hope it isn't a break, or is a mild one if so.

I didn't think we'd win against a full-strength Reds, but their bench wasn't much to look at and we couldn't beat them.

On the refereeing:
- no point giving a YC warning if you're not going to follow through.
- if you're going to ping NSW for the latching player going straight to deck up one end, then you've got to do it to QLD down the other in the dying seconds.

Other than that, it basically evened out.

The TMO: I found it interesting for Perese's no-try that they completey ignored the fact he got an accidental arm to the head, when if it was a Wallaby in the UK it would be grounds for murder ;)

An epic game. Reds did brilliantly to win that considering the massive injury pre and during the match. When Tate went off we had one sole playmaker and he was very average.

In fact we had a few passengers. And no possession.

So yes. A brilliant bloody win led by Wilson massive through the game and then big late impact by McReight, Uru and Smith.

Two wins in wet weather. Very in-Australian
