Reds just ticked over 16'000 members, Brumbies have 6'000.. not sure where the other provinces are at..
I did a quick comparison of membership prices, only included the standard Adult/Family full season membership as a base comparison.
Adult/Family
WA $200/490 ($170/410)*
ACT $280/675
NSW $120/300
VIC $180/432
QLD $185/390
*WA offered Seated/(Standing)
NSW offered a 2 or 4 game package, ACT and Rebels also offered a 3 game package each.
Thought i would compare some of the other codes packages...
Adult/Family
GWS $195/470(8 Sydney home games)
Broncos $195/700*(12 home games)
Collingwood $180/360 (home and away games at MCG)
*Broncos only offer family packages with Premium/Platinum tickets
-NRL: Broncos are the leader of the pack, they had similar member numbers to Reds in 2011 of 16'000, aiming for 20'000 in 2012.
-AFL: AFL and Collingwood in particular are the outright leaders in terms of memberships; CFC membership numbers were 70'000 in 2011 and aiming for 80'000 in 2012.
