Stormers have turned up to Loftus for their match vs the Bulls clad in some sort of comically confused Apric Fools Crusaders-worship gear.

Schalk Burger of the Capeless Cape Town Crusaders.

I can only imagine what they wore. Literally.

Lions look to be the next best team after the top 4 Kiwi teams, I know the Jaguares are not going well but some of those breaks off their own line from the Lions were impressive, the set piece seems to be pretty well sorted and they really seem to be enjoying their rugby.

Four matches with massive implications for who finishes where (plus Kings v Jaguares). IMO this is the biggest non-Finals weekend in Super Rugby since at least the introduction of the Conferences, if not ever.

Hurricanes v Highlanders
@ Westpac Stadium, Wellington: 1735 AEST, Friday
Referee: Mike Fraser
Assistant Referees: Brendon Pickerill, Jamie Nutbrown
TMO: Aaron Peterson

Winner all but certain to qualify for a wildcard, loser will be battling it out with whoever finishes second in the Australian Conference for the final wildcard.

Kings v Jaguares
@ Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Port Elizabeth: 0300 Saturday
Referee: Nick Briant
Assistant Referees: Quinton Immelman, Ben Crouse
TMO: Marius Jonker

Blues v Crusaders
@ Eden Park, Auckland: 1735 Saturday
Referee: Angus Gardner
Assistant Referees: Paul Williams, Brendon Pickerill
TMO: Glenn Newman

Blues are gone but could still rain on a few parades. Crusaders are only a point adrift of Chiefs & will know exactly what's needed to get back on top if Chiefs don't pick up a BP v Waratahs & esp. IF the 'tahs pull off an upset.

Stormers v Cheetahs
@ DHL Newlands, Cape Town: 2300 Saturday
Referee: Glen Jackson
Assistant Referees: Ben O'Keeffe, Nick Briant
TMO: Shaun Veldsman

Sharks have a bye so Stormers can regain the African wildcard with a win, or go back to the top of the Africa 1 Conference should the Bulls lose.

Bulls v Lions
@ Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria: 0110 Sunday
Referee: Craig Joubert
Assistant Referees: Marius van der Westhuizen, Cwengile Jadezweni
TMO: Christie du Preez

BP win keeps Bulls ahead of Stormers in Africa 1 on matches won, a loss puts them back in wildcard territory & vulnerable to Sharks. A Lions win by any margin keeps them top of Africa Group.
