Watched Easts 1s Colts vs HWF before Grade games - Easts lucky to win to be honest - lacking at #11, #13 and #14 - bit of a rebuild after last year's dominance required.
HWF BackRow were literally on the ball - as were most of their forwards - they won that contest.

- Louis Fenwicke (FB) scored 3 tries for Easts 1sts
- Oliver McKracken (RW) scored 4 tries for Warringah 1sts vs West Harbour. This is a season first across all teams.
- Ben Playford (5/8) scored 1 try and 9 conversions for Gordon 1sts vs Norths
- Sam Blank (9) scored 1 try and 6 conversions for Warringah 1sts vs West Harbour.

Any update as to why North's colts are struggling? Conceding 87 points in a local derby to Gordon in Round 2 makes for a long season ahead.
Strange for a strong club like Norths whose 1st Grade side have been competition leaders for almost the last decade.

Norths colts have performed poorly for a number of years now, this is not a new thing.

Here are the 15's from the last Round
Uni = S Sharman : with an inexperienced 10 (usually a 12) he appears to run the show from the back
Randwick = C. Sinclair-Harris was a standout in U16's and maturing into a solid fullback
Easts = L. Fenwicke Kings utility (plays anywhere in the backline)
Wildfires = P.Kerr from the UK (don't know much else)
Two Blues = H. Tolu Tonga U18's? Also plays 13
Manly = N Newton Riverview 2023 (2nd year colt?)
Eastwood = L Alderson Another 10 playing fullback and running the attack from the back (Oakhill and ISA)
Souths = O Henton Another from the UK???
Rats = T Jecks Knox 10 for the last 2 years, another 10 playing from the back
West Harbour = D Tailasa Don't know much about him? Rugby League background maybe?
Gordon = F Powell Don't know much about him?
Norths = X Keen another Don't know much
Surprised to see how many 10's were playing at 15 on the weekend
