Yeah, Eales was Queensland born, bred and raised. Pretty sure Foley captained Queensland on occasion though?

Queenslanders are very proud of our Victorian coach. We are doing our bit for the national growth of the game.

My mistake, confused him with another great Queensland captain, Allan Border.
They both live in Mosman now though, right?

Says something about Queensland eh, when two of their favorite sons live in NSW, notwithstanding one returning to his roots .... :p

Mosman is a bloody good suburb to be living in I must add, having lived there for many years whilst growing up.

Sorry fellas I was trying to be cheeky, instead I made a c$%t of myself.
The truth is I couldn't be more happy for Biceps Bowen and I hope he does get the first shot at being the Tah's captain once Waugh hangs up the boots.

I heard the other day that Crofty is living in Sydney. FMH! He would be the most rusted on Queenslander I could imagine. Are they all being seduced by the temptations of Sin City?

And what happens when Crofty and Phil bump into one another in Paddo? Do they resume hostilities for old times sake?

I'm really hoping Slipper and Davies are fit. If so, I think our starting 15 have the skill set to really take it to the Waratahs, while our bench is far superior and should take it home. Reds by 12.

AB came from Mosman, I believe, but I am almost certain that he still lives in Brisbane. Having met him a few times post-retirement, one of the great guys of Australian sport (hence he's now a Red!)

On topic, please play Carter!

AB lives in QLD now. Lived across the road from Mosman Oval(now Allan Border Oval) where Mosman play first grade cricket. He went to North Sydney Boys. They had some dominant cricket sides through the years pity it is now predominently asian. They used to produce reasonable rugby sides as well.

They're too ugly for Paddo - the style police would keep them out.

platinum and gold are almost sold out according to ticketek. That is a decent chunk of the stadium... and the last time the wallabies played there it was like that and they got 45000... Of course the majority is silver seating and there could be any number sold and we don't know.

Gonna be a blockbuster match, I'm unfortunately going to be pressed to watch it, prior work engagements.... Devastated to say the least, still have my fingers crossed though..

NSW with Palu and Waugh are a different beast to what was on display last week... Oh, and how could I forget Carter ;)

An interesting match-up will be Daley and Robinson - Robinson much better at scrum time than daley but Daley much better around park. Time to see Benn R step up and work hard around rucks mauls. Question is can he ever regain that form that made him the Best LHP in the world. All Daley has to do is improve radicly at scrum time and he will be a big chance of making Wallaby selection.
