I really dislike the Giteau for denying us the bonus point. I can understand the decision, but at the same time I can't help but think what it might mean for Australian rugby.

The scary thing is that the Force are going to be a step up from the Brumbies. Especially since their loose forwards are in such brilliant form.

Phibbs should tell White to shove it and sit and wait for offers. He'll get them. A ready-made replacement for Burgess.

and i wouldnt be surprised if th etahs sign him>
hes not good enough for the brumbies but yeh the tahs will take him> idiots

Giteau "Shut the fuck up I'm the captain"

Brilliant. Giteau just went up 1000% in my books.

Completely the right decision. If it was an overseas team you wouldn't be complaining. There are no favours in this competition.

Blues are creaking and face the Crusaders off a bye week, Reds may be hobbled with the loss of Digby and maybe Genia (groin?). It's dangerous at the top. Only Stormers look sound.

Not just at you Bowside but I find this stance, strange its the S15 TEAM comp.

I missed the exchange with Moore at the end. What did Genia say? Any lip readers?

Really? I heard, "Shut the fuck up i'm the captain"

It was probably that, I only remember the shut the fuck up part.

The mic was good at the ground, heard Horwill say "Fuck Saia" after he gave the penalty too.

Brumbies played well and dominated in the forwards but yet again got away with multiple penalties in their own half with no yellow. Ref even said it himself - 'a couple in the first half and now three in the second, I dont want to see it again'.

1. We saw it a few more times but no yellow.
2. Isn't 5 times enough to produce a yellow?

Don't get this at attitude at all. It's provincialism at stake here, not some "greater good" for OZ rugby.

I thought that was one the things that the conference system was designed to resurrect.

Well done Brumbies - jesus they were hungry for that win and it showed. Good on em. Giteau's a knob for taking the last penalty to deny the bonus point, but it's all about maintaining the mental advantage I guess.

You can't fault Giteau for his decision. He (and the Brumbies) owe the Reds nothing. The Reds are at the top of the table they can only blame themselves for not winning that match. If the shoe was on the other foot and it was Quade kicking to deny the Brumbies a bonus point I'm sure no one would be complaining.

And don't use that it could cost the Reds (or Australian) rugby as the reason for hating Gits. It was the Reds' fault.

Oh boy, some of the comments from the result of this game is priceless...

Credit should go to Chisholm who finally played how we all know he can play... unfortunately it doesn't look like he'll be back...

Gee the Reds seem to have had a few angry pills before tonights game, I have never seen such anger amongst the players for mistakes all season. A Fainga'a in particular seemed really pissed off all night and seemed to give some niggle.

Really impressed by Chambers run at the end, having a player with his big match big crowd experience at the end of the season could be very valuable.

Quade seemed to go back to his old game where he tries to throw the mirracle ball on every touch, just when I thought he had matured he does this. I hope Link has a chat to him this week.

Completely agree - if you lose being clinical with your decision making there you lose it elsewhere
