Whenever McDuling plays for those dreaded Red Heavies in club footy, they lift. A really big unit, good ball runner, strong around the rucks, etc.

I don't mean to sound like a dick, but I'm starting to get impatient with the young guns not featuring in the Reds. Browning is one who comes to mind.

Those young guns are involved in the Pacific Ruby competition running currently and are getting invaluable time and experience whilst training in a professional environment. I think they are making the right choices at the moment, especially for blokes like McDuling who is coming back from a long injury lay-off and had never really played at Super Rugby prior to the injury.

Browning is another, he obviously has a lot of potential but his skills aren't polished.. Playing 60-80minutes for the Reds A will benefit him more then getting 15minutes off the bench at Super Rugby level at his current stage of development...

Who are you going to drop for them? There's only 23 spots. McDuling and Browning are both sitting next in line outside of that.

The hardest thing to reconcile when talking about players is those that ARE provan against those that have potential.to be provans. Suppose it always comes down to money.

Seems that most franchises have some big dogs that take up most of the dollars and then hope to exploit (very loosely said) the younger up and comers in the financial sense. Also seems to me that as a player you need to achieve "big dog" status ASAP

Higgers, Kurtley, Folau AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), Benn Robbo Moore, Mowen, Horwill Slipper Simmo Cooper, Genia Gill, hooper Pocock (Goooone) are just some

It's vital that we know what they weigh - valuable for Gym bragging:

"I was squatting a Quirk for reps today bro, ATG!"

OR

"Dudebro, I just really want to hit two Gills on my deadlift."

OR

"You lift it like that, you'll Schatz yourself.'

Please! The people must know. Just Quirk and Schatz would be fine though, we all know Gilly is a little tyke :p

From the pic on Tuesday were the girls have out the team jerseys, Jake is just a touch taller than Liam, but not much. Unfortunately Ed was just cut out of the pic..
