and looking at the backs:

9 Will Genia / Ben Lucas
10 Quade Cooper
11 Digby Ioane / Luke Morahan
12 Ben Tapuai / Mike Harris
13 Will Chambers
14 Rod Davies/Kimami Sitauti
15 Aidan Toua

I wonder if Harris might get a run at fullback too?

Higgers at 8 and maybe Samo at 6. IMO Gill at 7 will be great for the lad - real goer

Does anybody know if the Reds will be returning to Brisbane in between Cairns and Darwin? I would really love to get out and see them train while they are in Darwin.

^^ its highly likely, rather then having to pay for accommodation for a whole week in either city they will just bring them home and fly them up the following friday

Are Ant Fainga'a and Rod Hynes injured?

The back three is going to be very interesting this year in regards to selections. Lots of players to step up.

They're both one man shows. However Steyn can kick a goal from anywhere which makes him one of the most valuable players in the world.

Maybe but they are still great combos, as TOCC said about Genia & Cooper, they are both fantastic combos at S15 level.

Link said in another article that Fainga'a, Hynes and Simmons will all be good to play by Rd 1

go to this link if you want to see a bigger image of the jersey....

They have '2011' in a little black square on the bottom right of the jersey as well as having the Imac logo on the collar..

Would've looked better if the logo didn't have the white backing to it, if it were just the St. George dragon and changing the font colour to white. Oh well, I guess that's my reason for not forking out another $160+ to purchase.

Oh Will Genia - what's going on with your hair?

Concur, is he trying to turn from a class half back, to a second rate hooker?

hopefully his play is better than his hair, though i'd struggle to see it worse....

Well, they're off to Cairns tomorrow ahead of the Saturday game so I assume they will do the same for Darwin. Which means you should be able to watch them train.

As for starting sides, I think TOCC is pretty close. I have heard that Houston and Tapuai are second half starters.

I wonder who signed off on the jersey's? How does someone miss how tacky the St George logo makes the jersey's look?

I was happily going to fork out the extra money for this seasons jersey, but like you I'll be saving my cash because of how shit they look this year!

Yeah, geez the way it blends into the Dragons jersey looks heaps better.
Maybe it was a rush job and they'll get it right next season. Probably wouldn't hurt to show someone in management there that pic though
