what? Did I miss something??? Is that right (the bolded bit).
The ARU is administering the Queensland Rugby Union after it went into receivership.
The Australian incorrectly reported yesterday the QRU was in receivership. The ARU is providing the QRU with financial and administrative support.
the bench is going to be absolutely critical in the extended Super15 season..
one thing which struck me though, i thought the clubs were limited to 30 players in 2011, the Reds already have 30, so where was Rogers going to fit in?
We have 29. Cooper hasn't signed.
Cooper has signed with the QRU, Link said so himself

The Australian printed a retraction today. Check here: http://www.theaustralian.com.au/new...money-for-cooper/story-e6frg7mf-1225906551345
It seems ironic that we are reducing squads in the very same year that the season is getting extended...
I think the idea behind the reduction is to firstly reduce player costs, but secondly to ensure teams aren't stockpiling players.. Undoubtedly there is a bit of flexibility within those rules, just look at how many players the Force had signed for 2010
Makes a lot of sense - especially tight five forwards. You don't want young guys learning on the job in Super rugby when they haven't played much grade.
