Reds are a closed shop for info on these mate. All of them are within the timeframe of 1 week to medical retirementI've just looked at the current injury list for thr Reds, and see that we have 11 players injured. Only the Auckland Blues with 12 injuries have more than us. The Chiefs have 10.
The following players are injured:
Is anyone on this thread able to add some light on (a) what are the injuries, and (b) how long in weeks is their expected recovery period. Or advise of a website that provides this info.
- Jock Campbell
- Matt Faessler
- Josh Flook
- Matt Gibbon
- Frankie Goldsbrough
- Mason Gordon
- Isaac Henry
- Will McCulloch
- Fraser McReight
- Josh Nasser
- Liam Wright
I know that Fraser McReight has an AC shoulder injury & will probably miss 2 games.

It was nice getting insight from the physio on the injuries, rehab plans, and return timelineslame - as crappy as the rebels were run.
I always enjoyed their injury update video we got from the team physio.
Would discuss the injury, how they are treating rehab and then timeline for when they are due back

Would be great to have a couple of Flook, Henry and Campbell back in time for that.5 outside backs out injured is testing depth, if Daugunu has to be rested unsure who is going to pick-up all the backline ball running in his absence
Have'nt seen Rugby Reg doing any posts recently. Anyone know what's happened there?
Is there any journos picking up the Mason story? Be good to understand how much truth there is to it.I have heard Frankie sustained ligament damage to his elbow in the U20s game and is looking at 10 - 12 weeks so SRP (Super Rugby Pacific) (Super Rugby Pacific) season, Mason due to ongoing concussion problems wont play again this season and may not play again. Would have thought unless any complications Jock would omly be a week or 2 away now and not sure on Flook or Henrys timeline. I think McCullough is still rehabbing injury he picked up around U20 World Cup time last season, assume he must have reagrivated it at some stage, not sure how far away he is
Would also stop the constant speculation, he said/ she said about career or season ending injuries. Pretty frustrating to read some of the comments on this thread (which could all be 100% true) that people have heard from people that so and so is done for the season/ for good - and nothing out of the reds.If you're reading QRU.... It would be nice as paying members for the Reds social media provided some kind of insight into the injury status or return dates of some of the key players.
Henry would have to be close - he did his patella a year ago.If you're reading QRU.... It would be nice as paying members for the Reds social media provided some kind of insight into the injury status or return dates of some of the key players.
