Interesting, I would have said drivel however it appears there may be a reason for this "rumour". Some sort of mistake by the admin team at TSS??? Below is literally the 2nd XV team as listed on the TSS sport web page (as of five minutes ago). No team list posted there yet for the 1st XV as yet. Rugby Explorer though, has both Uys and Galloway listed in in the team line-up for the 1st XV. Someone in Rugby Admin at TSS is having a bad day?

This is no mistake, word is Will Krynen has been playing out of his skin in the 2nds and they are giving him a try in the big leagues.

Hey lads, who are the biggest carriers in the comp? I’m talkin’ blokes running like a freight train with a grudge, no brakes, and an orphanage dead ahead—no passengers, just problems.
I really liked what I saw from BGS’s No. 8 (or 6) last year Dyer Akauola. From what I’ve heard, he’s returning for his Year 12 season, and I’m keen to see what he delivers. Even in a struggling Grammar side, he stood out week after week physical, aggressive, and never stopped working. He brought real presence to that forward pack. If he can back up those performances from last year and take another step, I reckon he could be a big part of pushing BGS up the ladder in 2025. One to watch for sure.

Cheers, DB

Dyer and Nissi will be a devestating combo - wouldn't want to be on the defensive end against them...

The "Nudgee Gremlin" Ben Sciacca is well known for his devastating carries and lack of atar points.
Heard a bit about this kid, heard he has a good head on his shoulders and simply understands the game. Can't wait to watch his aggressive carries this weekend as he backfences it and impresses the coaching staff and spectators at the game. Truly a wonder how he isn't playing rep at the moment although he has come back from a devestating knee injury.

Kef hasnt played 10 since Under 12s. Different pass, different kick and different game for the two positions. Munro has set the world on fire at training. Coach Leo is compromising position specific kids for better players. And look at his selection as Reds Under 18 coach. Was it 9 BBC boys ? He picked Kefu over Alfie (Australian schoolboy) and is now picking Munro over Kefu ? Kiama is one of the better players but there is already internal argument with coaching staff as to why they experimented with him at 12 instead of 8. He has been ineffective to date. Lucas Burrows of TGS shut him and played all over him two weeks ago. Now we see one of the best ball runners in the comp Jonah Wilde playing 15 when he isn't quick enough and cant kick well enough. He is a natural 12. But Leo making sacrifices to get the kids he prefers on the paddock. Nat Barnett one of the most aggressive 15's around will be put on wing.
Nate Barnett playing fullback this weekend and i have to disagree with the statement of Kiama being ineffective he is a dominant ball carrier and defender and idek who that toowoomba dribbler is that you are talking about so you can't be serious.

Absolute DRIBBLE. Keep it OUT.

Mate, just because everything isn't about the First XV doesn't mean it's not good information. For all I know, he’s some Second or Third XV lunatic who treats collisions like exorcisms—just frothing at the mouth, begging for contact like it’s the only thing keeping the voices quiet. Don't need to be so insensitive.

Hey its DD here, I don’t even know this bloke’s name, but the captain of Churchie, I think his name is "woody" or somtething. What a weapon. Proper unit. Runs it straight every time, no fear, no fuss. Bloke’s got legs like tree trunks and somehow moves like a winger. Carries hard, never dies with the footy, always makes the gain line. He’s one of those leaders who lets his game do the talkin’. Gets the team on the front foot, breaks tackles like they’re paper. Fair dinkum, wouldn’t mind having him in our pack at TSS, bloke’s built for the hard stuff. Tbh would probably shout him a beer as well.

Yours Truely,
DD

I'd challenge you @Observant to stand in front of the K-Train (Kiama Jione) and try to take him down without looking as though you've been hit by a Kenworth cattle truck. In my opinion, hes a top 3 ball runner in the comp alongside Teina Graham and Viliami Fifita and will flourish in the open pastures of the backline this season.

Heard BGS number 13 Harper Enasio put these statements to bed. Absolutely smashed him when they came up against one another.

I would HAVE to put forward big Nissi Vevesi (BGS), this young lad has made a profound impact in his short time in 1st XV footy. Having personally watched him rock the world of an unsuspecting NC boy without a run up, I can confirm he is the real deal. A true no nonsense player, definitely one to keep an eye on.

As always TGPIH

Hey Dale,
From a few of your posts, it seems like you’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Brisbane Grammar. Just curious do you have an association with the school? Old Boy?, Parent? Or just enjoy the way they’re going about things this year? No judgement at all just interested!

Cheers, D.B

Mate talking about dribble, I've never seen a Ben Abery in a NC First XV Jersey? Don't get hypocritical now and grow up.
