QLD GPS 2025

Nudgee looked great yesterday, they played as they usually do, dominant in rucks and everyone played their role well, Teina Graham playing in the second row which i think is a good decision. However the flankers and 8 played pretty mediocre, young winger Eli Rauluni showed great promise.

TGS dominated against Lauries today, more of an opposed training than a trial match but Lauries could not handle the TGS boys. Isiah Wuruki TGS winger looked very dangerous and reserve halfback Jack Brown went well. TGS definitely troubled Lauries more than Ipswich and BGS, Ipswich beat them 26-5 I believe.

Nudgee's back row is very competitive this year with the likes of 2nd XV players such as Taj Bednall, Harry Bate, and Xander Park all possessing the ability to play 1st XV GPS level footy. I imagine there will be alot of shuffling around during the trials. Although Ben DiDonna at flanker should be leading the pack as he is one of Nudgee's most aggressive players - not to mention he played the majority of last season, even though he started trials in the 3rd XV.

Was pretty much a semi opposed team run. I wouldn't read too much into it
