Very Strange take.... considering kings have only lost too joeys from my understanding twice since 2018.

5. (2nds captain in 2024, act fella forgoten his name real standout.) - ACT academy

very rough team, could be very off. kings last year looked to play some names like rhys perret who should find his way into this side. whilst also in their back 3 they placed kable the 2nds 10 on a wing could potentially see this with the likes of sione vunipola

Compared to other team lists, I just don't see this team competing for the top spot.

Here's a sobering fact about Joeys Rugby.

There are only 16 year groups in Joeys history (since AAGPS rugby began) that never witnessed a 1XV premiership while attending the school.

These are the year groups of 1897'-1903', 1913'-1917 & 2013'-2017'. All boys who graduated in those years never saw a Joeys firsts prem.
Just 16 year groups.

On the other hand, if you were a Joeys graduate in 1986, every year you were at Joeys, they won the 1XV prem, 1981-1986. What a lucky year group.

Also, just found this. Scots is the most recurring team to put ends to Joeys hot streaks. Scots stopped Joeys in 1948 after SJC won from 1937-1947 (excluding 1940-1945 bc of WW2), again in 1959 after Joeys won 4 in a row, in 1987 after SJC went 6 in a row (see above) and then after the 1987 defeat SJC went another 5 in a row until Scots stopped them again in 1993. See below.

This just further solidify the fact that joeys is a true powerhouse within AAGPS rugby, thanks for the incredible stat Robert.
