15 beats 5 tacklers to score in right corner. Different class to everyone else on the field. Playing another game. And then nails the conversion. Joeys 69 Marist 5 13 to go

Hey Brumbies
Thanks as always
I was positioned in my usual spot at the south western corner of the ground. That sunshine was lovely.

Joeys 15 has become a complete player with his distribution, running and offloading game. (NOTE I do not mention names and I never criticize....I am on my last chance) The Joeys 8 was very dynamic, with 12 very solid ball runner and 14 very, very quick. 15 was also deadly with the boot converting some of the 13 tries from the sideline. The last 10 minutes Joeys was a bit disjointed as they replaced a number of players. Joeys 2nds narrowly lost to Marist Ashgrove 1st XV. Joeys 3rd XV beats Gregs 1st XV.

Afternoon Lads, first post here, notice that there hasn't been any predicated teams for any schools, here's one for Riverview. Along with their year and their highest level rugby/team selections.

5. Yr 12 Sam Giffin (Gen Blue Rugby)
6. Yr 11 Liam Sullivan (GPS Presidents B XV)
7. Yr 12 Tim Sekel (AUS Schoolboys Presidents XV, GPS 2nd XV)
8. Yr 12 Declan Mackey (Not Sure)

9. Yr 12 Nick Lamming (Rep for Gordan)
10. Yr 11 Joe Dillon (SG Ball for Tigers and Rep for Gordan)
11. Yr 12 Liam Dinnell (Not Sure)
12. Yr 12 Jules Calliol (Gen Blue Rugby)
13. Yr 12 Max Threkeld (Gen Blue Rugby and GPS Presidents A XV)
14. Yr 11 Liam Grover (GPS Presidents B XV)
15. Yr 12 Will Perkins (GPS 1st XV)

* This team list and achievements is based of my knowledge and anything I can find on the internet.

- Riverview is definitely not as strong as they were last bu they do have a chance to make some waves in this years competition.
- Front row is true liability for them, as usual Riverview lacks the size upfront.
- Their two best player do seem to Max Threkeld, a big hard running centre and Tim Sekel.
- They only have 3 players who played 1s last year BUT all players in the team list have either played 1s or 2s

I am expecting a HUGE showing from the Riverview yr 12 lads soon. Old timers will know every year they invade these hallowed boards and make a nuisance of themselves. A tradition many here have battled in the past.

Remember the rule: Take not the bait they offer.

Would Marist beat them? Can’t wait for Joeys v Riverview.
