To be honest I think who ever wins view scots will win the premiership, and I’m backing view. Not a lot of stand outs but a real team. Might be like the one in 08 who won the premiership without a single gps 1s player. The team can score a lot of point but tempting to see how the defence will hold up.

I always enjoy the Riverview cheering. Hope they travel on mass to Bellevue.

Forgot to mention how under the radar the Riverview 15 has been the kid had a double last game and has racked up at least 6 or 7 tries in the 5 games he’s played.
Cressey is a real talent. Has been a game breaker his whole time at View scoring many tries. He is quick, agile and has brilliant game sense, reading the play very well. He has developed considerably since selection in NSW U16 Gen Blue last year and will continue to cause trouble to opposition teams.

Brumbies and I will endeavor to bring you the scores from Rowers BBQ at SJC. BTW we do an awesome "Rower" burger. Steak, sausage, onions, bacon, egg and more bacon...mmmm bacon.
Great news Joker. The Rower v The Big Newie. I will be there from the 3rds on. You'll know it's me because Im Not in Pink :)

G'day all, ICP here.

I've only just discovered this page and it looks great! Can't wait for another season of great GPS footy. However, i read back a few pages and saw some 'trolls' on the site, does this happen much?

Welcome
You will find fun commentary, cutting edge sarcasm and knowledge banter on this board. As someone who has been recently in the sin bin, I would advise you to watch your tone, never slag off on a student but keep it it civil. There are a mix of old timers and newer old boys from all schools here and we cross over with our cousins in the CAS. There are times when trolls have appeared but we have diligent mods to give them the flick when needed. Other wise....welcome.

Don’t think cranners will ever play joeys again

I believe they did back in the 80s

Although I don’t think they have ever beaten joeys?

And don’t think they would beat 2019 joeys

Altgh I guess they can argue ... they beat Knox ... and Knox beat joeys

Not in my day and I go back to the 70's
Never in the 80's when my two younger brothers were at Joeys.
Not in the 90's when my cousins attended.
Not in the 00's either.

So, have Joeys ever played Cranbrook? (Joeys lower grade teams have played Cranbrook A teams in the past, NOT 1st vs 1st)

Cranbrook beat Knox 22-19 Tonight. Really makes you think how they could’ve gone against Joeys etc.

Completely agree. Cranbrook with good depth, however dropping Lamens (15) would’ve pushed brook back more tonight.

Good score for a game underlights and rain.

TDO.

In 1985 Cranbrook won at Joeys - 1stXV vs 1st XV
