How far is this witchunt going? The deeper the ARU go the more 'indescretions' by their in-house morality code they will likely encounter. Begs the question of their scope! Will they be fair in their 'investigation' and demand all parties to surrender their phones.. and why not ipads and anything else that is a social media device for the content to be morally approved? Has Links phone or his empowered PA phone been subject to the same degree of scrutiny?
Smacks of a ARU lynch squad if you ask me!

So, - AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), Fatcat, Banana1 and Banana2!

I was told Fatcat, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), Palu and Izzy.
I dont necessarily believe all these names however.

Looks like the ARU are playing Russian Roulette with 6 bullets and dont give a shit about the faithful followers.

Just trying to email my son and summarise this 42 page string to bring him up to date (No worries, took 8 lines!!!)

I am really sorry to see KB (Kurtley Beale) go, even more so if there is more fallout for the Waratahs. One player has been notably subdued on the field recently. Will be pretty interested to see him in the NRL as it might be wiser for to stay in Sydney. Or maybe wiser to get away.

Am really concerned about some of the issues raised as it is hard to imagine the team coping well with all of this, we are not operating from a position of strength on the field.

Pulver and the Board have a huge amount personally invested in McKenzie and I suspect the remaining issues will be dwarfed by the offensiveness of the texts and be swept under the carpet.

I've read some illogical stuff in my lifetime, and this is right up there.

I doubt the ARU, even with their track record of "mismanagement" would want an investigation like this.

So Beale will be gone over this. Sad that a talented player couldn't keep their shit together in Australian Rugby.

I wonder if anyone else at the ARU will lose their job over this sordid affair?

My guess would be that the text messages came to light now because they referred to a can of worms that is now well and truly open.

Ta. Fair enough.

TBF, for mine, this doesn't add anything new.

Even if you wound the clock back 6 months, how many people thought all these guys would be playing on for Australia after 2015? I'd reckon not many, if any.

Izzy is the one the ARU would like to keep and the sabbatical policy may have given them a wafer of hope. But they'll struggle to match the touted figures around the 1.5m mark (if the media reports are to be believed). AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) would also be a loss but his mates are all rolling in the cash in France.

This whole T-shirt/Text/Tell-all melodrama is a flimsy bubble floating above the reality that these players were always likely to be cashing in, and soon.

This is a complete, unmitigated disaster and everything seems to be coming to a head Tempest style. Poor finances, poor crowds, poor performance at WB level, poor TV ratings players heading overseas in droves and the other 3 codes slaughtering rugby in various areas.
I’ve been pretty despondent about Aus rugby this week DESPITE the Tahs winning the title only a few months ago. How dare you destroy my joy.
I’m getting pretty fed up with Australian Rugby – clearly its imploding and I’m not sure it will recover.
Fuck you ARU.

Next year's world cup is going to be an embarrassment. We've fallen so far from the heady days - its actually funny how fucked we are. broke and the players are behaving like something out of Lord of the Rings.
I cant believe what a joke the ARU and rugby in this country has become.

I understand why you call yourself "Crashy"

You must be a barrel of lighthearted laughs at a party old mate.

Shit, I just noticed you are a Tahs supporter. They can have you.
