Drew Mitchell is a massive supporter of anybody who is his mate. Would not read much into anything he says.
We still don't know who had the chicken and who had the fish on the flight to Sao Paulo.
There's a lot more information to come out from this story.

I agree he is, but supporting your mate isn't getting behind him when he's fucked up. Supporting a mate is telling him he's fucked up when he's fucked up, and I maintain that Drew / Giteau / AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) (presumably) et al. wouldn't have gotten behind KB (Kurtley Beale) if he was truly and undeniably in the wrong.
Let me re-word that then. Drew Mitchell is known for getting behind anybody who is his mate.
Who'd have thought a workplace argument over a t-shirt would shake the world.

Facts aren't absent. In the finest traditions of the internet, we've managed to rack up 15 pages despite an almost complete absence of any facts.

This is the sequel - Revenge of the T-Shirt Argument. Wasn't a fairly important part of the Rebels "discussion" between KB (Kurtley Beale) and Gareth Delve to do with a T shirt? That shook the world, and rocked the boat when it happened.
Facts aren't absent.
Summary of facts:
1. There was a discussion on the plane over the clothing items worn by a couple of the Wallabies.
2. One of those involved in the discussion has returned home to Australia slightly earlier than originally scheduled.
3. Another party to the discussion failked to be listed in the 23 man squad for the Test match against Los Pumas.
4. The ARU Integrity Unit (whatever and whomever that is) is investigating the circumstances surrounding Fact 2 and Fact 1.
5. The Coach has stated that there is no link between Fact 3, and Facts 2 and 1.
6. Airbus A340 planes have 6 Business class seats in each row.
7. It is a long way between Jo'Burg and Argentina.
8. There is a lot of pffaffing around with connections and transfers when flying between Cape Town and Buenos Aires.
That article has since been taken down because the qualification numbers and details were sent to the 'journalists' who posted a story designed to shift the blame to the (alleged) victim, as was the confirmation from the CMC that she had worked there (perish the thought that the wrong name was used on a LinkedIn profile!). Further, she was absolutely employed by the QRU in 2011.
Appalling attempt at a smear job and I expected better research by Guinness et al.
Irrespective of whether she is qualified, her role is expanding too far, her role is blurry etc. I am thinking that it certainly sounds as if she has been asked to accept a lot of responsibility for a wide range of issues. Reportedly because Rob Edgerton was let go as manager due to budget constraints.
The performance and conduct of the Wallabies on tour is critically important to the ARU, I hope they have not been cutting costs in the wrong places.
^^^ Where is Ace Rugby Reporter Grumbles Growdon and what do his mates Radio, WIFI and The Wizard think about this?
I've never heard a bad word against Egerton, but he was in his role during one of the worst periods of discipline amongst the squad. Most admit standards had suffered terribly in camp wallaby, if that's the case shouldn't the standard bearer shoulder some of the blame?Incident probably wouldn't have happened at all if Egerton had remained in the job and had accompanied the Wallabies on the trip. Just supposition of course.

as wild as this thread was already, it got a lot wilder when someone tried to introduce a tweet by bloody Mitchell as substantive
