RahRah, SC here. Could you confirm if there are any injuries reported from the Oakhill camp? I heard that two players missed the Stannies game due to minor injuries and one player got injured in the first half.

REGARDS SC
Cyrus Bloomfield (sick) came off the bench for the last 10 minutes and Sam Polley (injured?) did not play against Stannies.

Marcus Odd did his AC Joint in the First Half and will miss 3 weeks, likely to return for a holiday Cranbrook game on the 19th of July, but if he doesn't return by then it will be almost certain he'll be back for Kinross come ISA Round 3.

SC here, would like to give my opinions on the following selections of the ISA teams, I have several points to discuss:
  1. Critics have raised concerns about bias in the ISA selections. As a member of the selection committee, I acknowledge that the majority were from St. Augustine's. While I cannot confirm any bias, I do admit there was a preference for their own players. However, after our discussions, I believe the reasons for choosing St. Augustine's players over those from schools like Oakhill and Pius were justified.
SC signing off.
SC, are you able to fill us in on the unknown players in the ISA Opens Teams as you are apart of the selection committee?
Cheers.

Pull ya socks up

Sock Height Wrap-Up:
I'll keep it short and sweet this week gents.

Founder of the AHSC Cyrus “Butterfingers” Bloomfield, lover of all things ankle height dropped a ‘gimme’ over the line in Oakhill clash with Stannies, an excellent example to any rugby player who wants to test the limits of sock height.

Your Aesthetic Player of the Week goes to Thomas Alloggia, from Oakhill's second row. Another boy who could’ve won it any week. Classy black tape on the knees, but not too colourful. It’s a wonder someone nicknamed ‘The Dream’ took so long to achieve the award, but congratulations to the boy.

Socks up and out.

Best Possible ISA Opens Team

1. Julian Carruthers (OAK)
2. Riley Osbourne (AUG)
3. Lewis Wilson (AUG)
4. Thomas Alloggia (OAK)
5. Aron Brennan (AUG)
6. Ryan Scott (OAK)
7. Charlie Blank (AUG)
8. Luke Muriti (OAK)
9. Sam Blank (AUG)
10. Alex Conti (STP)
11. Mitch Holmes (OAK)
12. Joe Walsh (AUG)
13. Joe Harvey (OAK)
14. Tylan Berryman (AUG)
15. Mitch Woods (STP)

16. Italian Stallion (OAK) (RahRah’s sacred player)

It is quite unfortunate that many of these talented players are not participating, with some unfairly overlooked in the selection process. I firmly believe that this team could have seriously challenged GPS. While the forward pack might face difficulties in patches, they would be strong enough to hold their own for the majority of games and then, establish a foundation for the remarkable star power in the backline.
