I'm really glad to see Robinson back on the bench, he's been in impressive form for the Magpies and will bring some enthusiasm & mongrel later in the game. Also good to see Anae get a starting spot, he's a strong bugger! Is Daley injured?

Force have to be favourites for this. They won the first game at Suncorp and now return to their fortress at home.

Is anyone buying this argument? It's a banana skin game for the Reds. The Force seem to love playing the Reds and have won the last 2 games against them, including a flogging in Perth last year.

...that flogging the Force dished out last year was when the Reds had massive injuries and were returning from a brutal Sth Africa tour... its no guide. With their Big 3 back and that debacle last week... can't see a Force resurgence, although I'd love to see it!

My comment was very much tongue in cheek.

Team hasnt been named yet but looking over the local como team sheets snowden and stubbs are listed to play club rugby. Could mean the return of cummo and sheehan.

Also not listed is CTM........please god give his a chance!

I reckon we are gonna get killed. :(. As much as you would expect a big bounce back after the loss to the Brumbies, the Reds are just too good at the moment.

This should be a close contest. The Force have a very good record over the Reds as of late and will fancy their chances.

Reds by 1 (please)

You guys just need AWH back to give the pre-game speech.

I just can't see it being close. The Force did the same thing last year, surprised a few teams early and then in the second half of the season they just had no answers. I worryingly think we might be at the point, especially if Foley continues with his conservative selections and game plans.

I don't mind copping a few hidings if we are unearthing talent (CTM) or at least hanig a crack at playing some rugby. But if we are going to try and play a forwards orientated game plan and get blown off the park each week i'm gonna be pissed.

I would actually like to see Christie back. He showed glimpses early on of being able to get the attack going, but he makes too many mistakes for conservative Foley. I wonder what he could be if he was given some time to get the feel for the Super level and formed a combination with Godwin?

So with that team the plan is kick it into the reds half and rely on the back three to try and get some turn overs. Ok except we the just will kick it back to the corner again rather than attacking in broken play!

That's a nice balanced team. The Badger back, Jacobs finally gets a start (WTF!) and Alcock and Hodgo in tandem to battle the Reds backrow young guns. I'm going all in....Force to deliver the Smackdown on the Reds!

It's been a long week....bring on Saturday!

Who is jacobs and when did he sign?

What in the actual F#@* is the deal with these selections?

I am thinking their must be some serious shit happening behind the scenes at the force as i don't understand why foley would sign another player than play CTM who carved up in trials. Also drop cottrell after he has been consistently up their as one of the force's best players every time he is on the park.

We know mafi is on the outer, perhaps he has some friends their with him too?

We can only speculate. Maybe CTM hasn't to the right attitude, who knows. At this point of the season it comes down to identifying who will make the team better next year and refining the list. Overall I think we are heading in the right direction. Depends on how Foley and the coaching team shape things for next season. We need to have that player with some X factor, especially if we lose Mafi.

I wonder if we have yet to see the full impact of Steve Meehan, maybe the cattle isn't quite there at this stage?

Gus missing out will only make him hungry to take back his spot. I'm interested to see Hodgo and Alcock operating in tandem.

Because it's sort of compulsory now..

Fuck me, that video almost had me out of my chair it made me miss playing so much. Only 3 more days until my final orthopedic visit :D

I'd completely forgotten about that miss pass on the inside ball to Digby, only The Reds..

May have to set the alarm a bit early for this one!

LETS GO THE REDS!!!
