Come on.....are we not past the good effort shit that people go on about. If this was a company listed on the stock exchange that was loosing shareholder millions of dollars would we just dismiss it and say well they gave it a good try. This is bullshit. Members need to wake up and voice some dissatisfaction. Im sick of the same interviews saying the boys are dissapointed, we made too many mistakes. JOC (James O'Connor) on twitter....2 minutes after the game ended saying how gutted he is. Put the phone away. There are serious problems in the use of reserves during the game. The coaching is pathetic. The attack coach should learn some plays and learn how to kick for field position. Endless kicks going nowhere. Move the idiots off the sideline so you can actually take a quick lineout without having to trip over the 200 people milling around there. Learn how to win when the opposition is down with only 14 players but you still give up a try. Maybe we need to copy the Rebels blueprint, 3 wins in opening season. Life your game force.....have I missed anything?

Hahaha your being like a tahs fan.

The force deserved too win again. Had there chances.
Ahum...... The ref sure as he'll didn't help with all the calls going the rebels way. There first try started by a steal from lipman for eg. Hodgson did the same thing and the player didn't release 3 tackles later. Bad reffing there. Probably just bias. The card on gerrard was a wrong but it's good too see another team cop shit like the force do and as someone argued against me with cummins tackle it looked worse in full speed. And cips should of been carded for a pro foul but jouby was watching something else. At the end of the day if JOC (James O'Connor) kicked the way he has pre this game the force won. Sad sad story.

I can't wait for the force too lose a game with no excuses. I seem too find way too many and I feel like I shouldn't be writing this but I just can't help it. The force need too be the best team in the comp to come away with even 50% of wins the way they are reffed. why can't we be reffed like the tahs were against the chiefs? We would win so easily if we were.

Ps. Sorry for being a tool but I really can't help it. I know If JOC (James O'Connor) kicked at a 80% success rate we would have won.

Go the force!!!!

Unlucky Force but Rebels played well and were deserved winners. They have been mighty impressive in their first season. The old firm of Gerrard and Mortlock are steering the ship in the right direction and both putting their hands up for Aussie selection again. JOC (James O'Connor) just can't get that win at 5/8 but it's good to see we have 2 very good 5/8s to call upon.

I'm for one am not going to make excuses for them. Time after time this season they've shown a lack of composure and made bad decisions, like right at the death last night. We also can't seem to play the full 80. There were two periods of relative dominance, but then they went to sleep. That's just not acceptable.

Also, the ref had little to no influence on the outcome. I'm sick of that hoary old chestnut being wheeled out every time we go down.

Had a closer look at Nick Cummins last night to see what the Force fans have been crowing about, and he is adapting quite well to the 13 position. He has an uncanny knack for hitting the opposition defense, almost halting all of his momentum but then pushing over the advantage line with a good leg drive.

It's a good tactic as it draws in at least 3 opposition defenders and provides and opportunity for his side to push forward with a maul.

Anyone else think that Sykes is matching Sharpe's good form?

You had absolutely no excuses this game. The ref was fine (AGAIN), and you had the whole second half to make something happen. But you kept dropping the ball and missing kicks, while the Rebels made their tackles and did the simple things well.

I've noticed the Force attack is very similar to the Wallabies' last year. Two passes off the ruck, then hit it up. It's very predictable. Strange really that JO'C didn't use the inside ball a bit more.

But they'll be battling uphill all season with this roster. Not enough ball running players. Richard Brown was getting pummelled by everyone, ffs. And David Smith has no impact in collision.

I think one of the major plusses from this game was that we saw the further development of two more young lock options; an area which we've had trouble with depth recently.

This is one of the advantages of having more teams in the comp. Pyle was going nowhere in the ACT (from what I could see) and he's flourished in the Melbourne system. Different approaches will always work better or worse for different players.

Did I? I am the force! Nice one. I thought it was a pretty even game. Both sides played well. The force defiantly deserved the win but cips did quite well with the boot and that got them over.

I still think sharpe had a great game and wykes is looking too be the best lock in aus once he retires. He is learning very well from sharpe who is the only lock specialist doing great things in aus. Cummins is a machine. His defense is superb and he gets back in the line after each tackle he makes almost always.

It's going too be another year of what could have been. Missing ripia pocock and Inman is a tragedy for them.

Sometimes I think Force supporters are more one-eyed than Reds supporters.

To say that the Force 'deserved' the win is deluded. There's a maxim in AFL circles that 'bad kicking is bad football'. If you miss goals, you don't deserve to win; it really is that simple. It's true in almost every form of 'football' out there.

There are some very good players at the force, which is recognised. However, the way some of the Force supporters talk up potential of players is absurd. The players at the force that have realised their potential and are in fact 'great' are: Pocock, O'Connor, Sharpe, Hodgson and to some extent McCalman. The rest are 'pretty good' some with potential to be better.

Well anybody want to take the Rebels lightly now. They very much deserved that win. The are running sides down to win also. Great to see Morty back to form. He may not get selected but he is looking like the best option for Wallaby 13. I like the look of Gerrard for a bench position also.

Congratulations Rebels.

Well I would like too think we all watch rugby for tries scored and not penalties. Wasn't it 3 tries too 2? I love it when the wallabies score 2 tries too zip and loose because kicking is so fun too watch!! Fuck afl. How can you compare them when in afl the only way too score points is from good kicking." It's true in almost every form of 'football' out there." well not rugby. Rugby is a running, ball in hand game.

I watch all the Aussie games every week. Too me wykes and cummins deserve too be in the wallabies team for the round. They have Been very good all year. I agree that brown hasn't found his form in 2 years. I also don't thing Shepard is in the mix for the wallabies full squad.

Have you been watching the force games? Because if you had you should realize this it's far from fucking "absurd".

What a load of garbage, Pyle outplayed both these players the other night..

Well I would like too think we all watch rugby for tries scored and not penalties.

But.

It gets a bit more complicated when a team ties the ball up in the breakdown or is constantly offside in defence, for example, to prevent the other team from having an opportunity to score tries. If the other team kicks enough goals to win because of infringements that reduce their ability to score tries, so be it.
