Crusaders by 13. They probably have enough to beat the Tahs at home anyway, but they'll lift even more to swat down an Aussie team with the impudence to be higher on the table than them.

:nau: to leave the field in the first half with an injury. Carter to have a blinder.

As hooker replacement for TPN?

Man, I'd pay lots of money to see Dan Carter play hooker for a game.

Ohh, you mean THAT Carter. I thought you meant our beloved Tom :)

It was wonderful to see NSW rugby giving a leg up to their undernourished southern opposition

That's precisely what they didn't do. :lmao:

Err, Spooky, the Waratahs:

1. Strongly supported Canberra's application for admission to the S12
2. Supplied you with the players to form the Brumbies' first squad
3. Supply you with replacements as needed.

Be grateful!!

TPN's tactics to tacke, outlined to me: "They can't run without the legs, so I dive at them."

My tactics, outlined to TPN: "If you see Dan Carter, hit him."

You've been found guilty of historical revisionism (again).

Imported ingrates :lmao:

Imported ingrates hypocrita :lmao:. Please direct your thanks to QLD, the Saffas, and the NRL for your imports.

The Waratahs have, historically and now, by far the lowest proportion of imported players. We have done even better in restricting imported supporters. ;)

And that's what happens when you are playing in NZ, I referee myself and if he had control over that I would deadset quit refereeing.

Right now I am fucking livid. All of those officials should be binned and be lucky enough to be granted a 4th grade club game if they are lucky next week.

How the fuck was Beale offside? Photocopier had his hands on that ball for an absolute age and for both the touchy and ref to rule against Kurtley is absolute shite.

And then for both the ref and touchy to say they could see no reason why the Saders try shouldnt be awarded but wanted to check with the TMO who then saw no reason either goes beyond belief. I suppose Photocopier NOT having control of the ball and NOT applying downward pressure arent really reasons why the try should be disallowed.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

and thats the one that got away, seriously though, to get a bonus point from playing 18 men is a great achievement, when NZ commentators are saying your unlucky then pretty much, your very unlucky.

good effort from the boys, Waugh was outstanding, simply outstanding, unless braid has a freakish game tomorrow morn he should be 7 of the round easily

In my opinion, the only decision that had a bearing on win v lose was the intercept...just plain wrong. But we see those calls a lot. Otherwise, the Tahs were their own worst enemies. They had their opportunities. They took some headless chicken decisions at the beginning when they needed to go for 3 or pump it into the corners. Missed some kicks, but so did Carter. McCaw should have scored too. Tahs spent too much time at times trying to beat the Crusaders around the fringes, which no-one does. Sure they got a 21 phase try, but they needed some vision to move a bit wider now and then. Also needed to support the ball runner better - we turned it over too foten with players isolated.
Joubert was just poor in terms of accuracy and that was my main gripe. He's a tool.
I'm pissed off the Tahs can't execute a chance like that in Christchurch...they come along rarely.

I hate doing things too foten.

I'm laughing on the inside: McCaw once again showed his Houdini trick in not getting binned. Poor old Photocopier got it instead for a pretty harmless tackle.

the intercept and mccaws ability to play from an offside position without even a warning are my major concerns.

but just to correct you, the try came on phase 28, thats an effort in anyones books, it should be looked at and wondered, 28 f'n phases and the only way threw was a shithouse grubber, still good foresight by hangers would have been easy to take the tackle and promote.
