What concerns me TOCC, is that Cooper is (and should be) the front runner for the Wallaby 10 jersey at the moment. I don't want to see any of that type of idiocy costing us 10 minutes or more with a player down - if he wants Deans to see him as a regular Test player, he needs to lose that stuff. But his year shouldn't be condemned for it by any means.

Giteau had an idiocy induced break in the sin bin against the Sprinboks last year when he tunneled FdP. Someone on TYS mentioned that Cooper plays more sensibley and doesnt have as many brain-explosions when he has experienced heads outside him, something that can be arranged in the Wallabies.

To be fair Giteau was half going for the ball, he wasn't fully going for the man. And it wasn't off the ball either. I seriously don't think you can compare the two.

Giteau's incident was also a brain fart. Maybe you can't compare, but both should never have happened.

Send him out to Inala to help homeless kids every day for the rest of the year. Hopefully it might sink in how fortunate he is.

Lindommer,

Pretty sure Cooper grew up in Acacia Ridge which isn't much better than Inala in some parts. I doubt he has come from a privileged up bringing.

He did go to Churchie however, scholarship possibly?

Yes it was a scholarship. But he still lives in Springwood - and is very active in the Logan community. Let's leave where he grew up out of it though shall we.

I believe it was Karmichael Hunt who grew up in Acacia Ridge that you were referring too.

Karmichael Hunt grew up in Algester, middle class suburbia

Does it really matter where he grew up, he's immature, and it can't happen again.

Quade's been active in the Gold Coast area too recently.
But that was a different brain explosion.

Byrnes, Lucas and Chambers stayed on the bench, the rest came on.

I think Ewen really wanted a bonus point, judging from who he left on.

Agreed, and I think if the Reds had played like they have previous weeks we would have gotten it. Still got 3 tries though so that will help the for and against. I must say I liked seeing two tries off quick taps, nice to see the gaming moving quickly.
