double v 2
Frank Row (1)
whilst barker are red hot favourites going into this match i wouldnt be surprised is somehow the aloys boys find a way to upset the competition favourites. Ive said before that i think there will be a few upsets this year and i could see one coming from this fixture. Although barker will have to have an off day for this to happen and that just hasnt looked like happening, so im picking either barker to run over them all day and win by 40+ or a miracle happens and aloys just scrape past the boys in red in a close one.Predictions for the weekend?
Although Cranbrook will be fired up at home, Waverley have looked too strong in recent weeks to go down now. I have high expectations for the quality of the game and expect it to be close. I think Waverley will win by one or two tries but a strong showing from Cranbrook will keep the scoreline pretty close all game.
From what I've heard, Knox were hammered with injuries last week, some that will keep players out for a while. Based on this information I'm going with Trinity. Having seen them both play and being disappointed by the quality that both teams have bought for a 70 minute match, I would say that there is not much separating them at this stage, however the loss of some of their key players may cost Knox the match and put them alone at the bottom of the table.
Can anyone confirm if there were a few Knox boys who came out of last Saturdays fixture with Waverley with injuries that are going to keep them off the field at this stage?
