I find this quite an odd thread. Look, as of today, Trinity has won four from four, and except at Barker, the games haven't been close. They've scored 153 points, conceded 40. All the talk here seems to be about how it's a weak CAS year, and how Waverley aren't as good as usual and how Barker lost all its good players. Also people have pointed out, rightly, that Trinity has less depth than other schools, and injuries might hurt them in the second half of the draw. But why not give them credit for how they've played? And why not acknowledge that on form, Trinity and Waverley deserve the strongest CAS representation? There's a lot of talk about Trinity' big forwards, but actually those forwards aren't dominating possession - it's the back line that's doing the real damage. Although it's a shame if Clunies-Ross is out injured - his speed is vital to Trinity's game.
