You make it sound like the Bulls were over-confident, while all locals know that it's just retarded Mark Keohane's stupid website article headlines - I don't even have to visit his website to know that.

Bulls did nothing wrong here, except play kinda shitty on Saturday.

I think BH might have been taking the piss mate.

No they probably didn't but when your team aint travelling well and the opposition chooses to rest their big guns then it stings a bit so the reaction from Reds fans is probably to be expected. I wouldn't take that as them having a go at the Bulls but.

I'm actually referring to the headline that seems to have touched a nerve with some Reds fans, which was what the post I quoted, was referring to.

Besides, against which team do you rather rest players, as requested by SARU? A middle-of-the-log team, a top-of-the-log team, or the worst team in the competition and at the bottom of the log?

I definitely know which one any coach with half a brain (like Ludeke) would pick.

It's the headline that ticked me off.

I don't think the bulls did anything that I wouldn't have done.

I just hate that the team I love does not belong in super rugby and that other teams can take it as easy as they please knowing that they will still win.

Agreed. I would hate that too. I think they belong in Super Rugby, though. This is just a rough patch, and the Reds have come back from that kind of thing before (think 2009-2011). They are also one of the teams I respect the most. This probably comes from the fact that the first time I watched them was in 1996, when they had legends like Tim Horan and the kicking John Eales at lock.

Also, I'd rather win one season and be low another, than finishing every season mid-table, knowing there's no hope to ever win it.
