Thanks Slim. The backrow is looking light on atm. A couple of injuries and someone like Tom Hooper might have to fill in, but then leaving the second row a bit light. Is Lachlan Hooper ready to step up?

Lachlan Hooper appears to have dropped off the face of the earth since preseason...

Hasn't featured for the Brumbies, club rugby or the Aus U20's (named in the first training squad back in February) and I haven't been able to dig up any news of him being injured, although I just assume that's been the case?

Harry Vella also won't be playing next year after unknowingly playing with a ruptured ACL this year...

He has been out with injury but I don’t have the details.

I've posted elsewhere that I think Nabolakasi would be a good pickup from the Rebels to provide depth in the backrow. Anyone know his current situation?

I hope all of those uncontracted players are in the Brumbies system somewhere. Especially Jarrah McLeod who looks to be a special player, big, fast, good feet and hands and plays 12 where we don't have a lot of quality depth in this country. I'm bloody sure the Force would be very interested in him for their indigenous acadamy.
