My biggest gripe of the night:
After the game I was at a pub in the Eastern Suburbs until about 1am. Who cares? I'm 22 and what I put into my body affects no one but myself. No problems there.
Where I do have a problem is when some of the Wallabies who move in similar circles turn up at 10:00pm and join the fray. FFS you just lost a game you should've won in a representative team that is severely underperforming. Go do some extra laps after the game, go do some yoga to recover or fucking get an early nights sleep and have a long, hard think about how that performance wasn't up to the required standard.
Game plan -
I know you referenced it, I didnt see one either. Even it was if we are in their half lets creat 7 plus phases. I'd love to know how many times that was hit.
But i didnt see one
Switch up -
Yes agree, but we didnt have much happening at all.
Gym -
Gym is a place you go to do the extra's. In my eyes it is generally the off season hang and improve, or used for rehab.
I'm seeing far to many photo's of the whole team looking pretty at the gym. it does not help with match fitness, ball handling, and operating under presure on the paddock.
Upfast -
Yeah it certainly looked like the Scots had a game plan up fast and pressure, and they played to the refs game. There first try of Genia terrible pass, and TPN pop up - they looked a good couple of meters off side but good on them for getting up there and creating pressure.
Night out -
Interesting one this one, i dont disagree with you. But, keen for thoughts on a different angle.
Office workers get to go out for a drink.
First Grade Rugby players get to go out for a drink.
Soup Rugy players get to go out for a drink.
What is right or wrong?
