I think there's a fine line, as a rush defence can pose problems in itself. But we are way too passive, even for a watch and wait style.

Fishers system is passive, allows the attack time and space and relies on the defence staying together and not missing tackles. Essentially bend but not break defence

Which is beyond moronic when your player base aren’t great tacklers and the AB’s weakness is rush defences
