Very disappointing. Maybe Bristol may post it on Utube if we can't watch it on their channel.According to a Wallabies press release from yesterday this game won't be broadcast.
I would have thought a game like this would have sold out under any circumstances but maybe not.Possibly explained by Bristol wanting to maximize their revenue through ticket sales (presumably having paid us an appearance fee)
That's the most likely reason, though it's worth noting the Saitama v Reds game got a broadcast geo-blocked in Japan (they stuffed it up at first and only made it available in Japan) and that's something that they could do here to protect ticket sales. The other part might be how broadcast is run in the UK - I assume it's a case of the broadcast partner providing all the kit and expertise to the point where it would cost Bristol money to get it going, and unless Stan were willing to pay for the broadcast it's not in their interest to go to that effort.Possibly explained by Bristol wanting to maximize their revenue through ticket sales (presumably having paid us an appearance fee)
I only clicked on after 60 minutes were already done. Thanks Kiap and Adam at least we got a taste of what was going on.
A club side without their best playersSo our (effectively) national 3rd XV managed a draw against a club side.
