Yes - the No Dickhead Policy is standard Corporate Speak these days. Everyone claims to have one.

Like the All Blacks though, what’s not so clear is who is policing it and how exactly they are defining what makes someone a dickhead.

To be fair though, in my experience, a lot of dickheads are very good at hiding the fact until after they have signed that letter of offer It’s also much harder to maintain high standards in the current labour market.
