What a game. I told this forum that View should not be taken lightly and they’ve proved that. View were easily the better team and Kings are lucky not to have another 2 pies put on them.

I apologise for my comment, your right it wasn’t needed and I highly retract that last statement. He’s an awesome player on his own with a huge future in footy in front of him.

I don’t think O. Jorgo is that much of a lock. The wingers are highly contested position (Perkins, Murray and Tonga - viable options). At Joeys vs View he was outplayed by Perkins. I’ve said this once on this forum that his ball running is extremely good but defensively over the past few rounds...

Puberty. They were bigger, stronger and faster then all the other 12-16 year olds. Newington’s reliance on size throughout all age groups has finally caught up to them.

It’s a close one, pretty interchangeable. On paper I like the look of Knox’s team a little more.

I know we're not big on talking about CAS on here but I've creating some power rankings for schoolboy footy before GPS Rd 1, let me know what you think - I'd love any feedback. 1. Joeys (4W-1L?) *Not sure who Joeys played in Trial 1 or if they did play. 2. Knox (4W-2L) - 3. Kings (5W-1L) 4...

Perkins did seem to give Oscar a bit of trouble on the weekend, having resulted in 2 collar-grab-tackles when Perkins challenged him the outside There's no doubt about Oscar's ball running ability but from the two games of Joeys I've seen, defensively he looked a tad shakey.

Fully agree. Lets also remember that there is also only one game remaining before the GPS vs CAS games (June 21st)

The Riverview 10, is a very 'game smart' player, whose ability to make plays for himself and team mates is unmatched. He reminds be a bit of Josh Matavesi () - a bigger body 10, with some nice flair and an old Riverview 10, Dominic Easy () - who I believe finished in 2017? (please correct me if...

The steak was quality, yet inflation has come early at Joeys. $10 for any steak sandwich at the footy should be outlawed.

Highly second that, Nothing should take away from the boys and schools success on the footy field. GPS schools are all about giving boys who mightn’t experience a world class education a shot, now whether these boys play footy shouldn’t be criticised by hormonal butt-hurt teenagers or old boys...
