IMO, a lot of individual brilliance but not enough cohesion, can't say I'm anywhere close to the Newington camp, but from there attack it looks kind of pedestrian with one out run.

Didn't they used to televise GPS games?, would love to see them bring it back. I know SkySports in NZ does it for schoolboys.

Don't think anyone has noticed but Joeys View Leichhardt tickets are now up for grab, said this last year, even if your a neutral or support a different school highly recommend you go watch at least one cross river rival game in your lifetime - a true spectacle.

I felt like this call was a one for one situation. Joeys first try to kick off there point scoring run was extremely questionable on whether the winger got the ball down. For me on Cluch it didn’t look like he got it down and even the winger looked unsure until he got few players pushing him...

The Joeys grandstand does a lot of the work to make their cheering louder. Even playing field at Leichhardt.

At the moment the venue has sold close to 14,000 as per what Riverview boys and parents have been told - can only assume it might reach 17000 Tickets are free and will be available at the gates - as long as they haven't sold out by then.

Were we not just praising Riverview’s combinations and attacking prowess through the backs only two rounds ago? I agree they under performed against Shore, but View are arguably my favourite team to watch at the moment, due to how close the games seem to be. Despite Views losses this season they...

Shore achieve their first win since 2016. Final 32-29

What a finish in the Shore v View 2nds. Shore 9 kicks for touch to finish and end the game 21-22 but he misses the touch line. View go on to get a penalty in front of the sticks and Newton (#15) slots the winner. Game finishes 24-22 to view. I did my best at explaining but best watch it on cluch.

I'm not saying that only View and Joeys play with passion, I know and have witnessed extreme passion from Kings and Scots boys. I'm saying that Riverview vs Joeys is the height, the pinnacle, of passion in the GPS, nothing compares to it - century old foes with blood thirsty hatred go at it...

To beat Joeys, you need to do this and a little bit of that with a sprinkle of this... - Bollocks People seem to forget that footy is 70% mental and 30% skill To beat Joeys you need to 'out-passion' them. They play with the most passion and heart. The way they claw themselves back into games...

*I apologise for the quality Now, voicing my concerns now has no impact on the game but this was a huge talking point in international rugby only last weekend and EUFF is right two big calls by the same ref regarding high contact. There was no better team at the end, muddy fields eroded the...

Joeys and View do it best. Both home and away. Both schools always manage to get at the very minimum 200+ boys to away games and always seem to be the loudest. It’s what makes View vs Joeys a must watch game no matter the standings. At Leichhardt I reckon we could see 10,000+. With the move to...

I would love to see a 5ish’o’clock game under the lights instead of 3:15

Can’t wait for Leichhardt. The Riverview crowd was a spectacle to see against Barker, over 500 strong. It’s an awesome atmosphere at the ground. Unfortunate for the Year 12s for View whose last home game won’t be against Joeys.

My Rankings on June 10th (before Rnd 1) 1. Joeys 2. View 3. Kings 4. Shore 5. Newington 6. Scots Disclaimer: This not necessarily who I think will win the comp but who I think could beat the teams below them in the rankings. ie. I believe Kings will beat Shore, Newington and Scots in upcoming...

Bit of leaked information - only two players had consensus votes from all 8 selectees Charles Cooper (I) and Max Jorgensen

My thoughts: - Sharples in 1s is surprising - No Sekel in 1s - Charles Cooper in 1s - rightfully so, he’s been exceptional - Dickens in 3s is far lower than what everyone thought - Dufficy in 1s is nice surprise but no complaints - Payne in Whites in a little questionable
