    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

Sandy Middleton could easily pass for Jack Meagher in that photo. It would have been great for the Bulls if Sandy had decided to play for Tumut instead of Waratahs, he would arguably have more to offer the guys from Tumut. Understandable that he would like to play footy with guys that he...

    MONARO COMPETITION

I think the change (if it happens) will be driven by dollar constraints only - I believe the three competitions are happy with the tournament as it stands presently. Remember that at Country Week, teams could play up to three games on the first day.

    MONARO COMPETITION

I think it will be in the Monaro competition somewhere, it's their turn. More than likely Goulburn or Yass. Given the Brumbies budgetary restrictions for the community rugby level, I would expect to see them try and condense the tournament this year and try and locate the tournament centrally...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

Righto, settle down everyone - remember to keep it positive. Has anyone got any mail on what's doing around the grounds? I heard that there may be some French influence in the northern area of competition. Anyone from Young keen to let us know how Spoof and the guys are training up there...

What other options are Aggies looking at? Is the NRL U20's trialist a local kid?

http://www.dailyadvertiser.com.au/story/2063426/aggies-coach-almost-over-the-line/?cs=149 So it looks like Aggies have promoted from within for the 1st Grade Coaching position, congratulations to Jack Burey on his first season as a First Grade Coach. I wonder if it's going to be a...

Trial - Rebels vs Waratahs - Saturday 1 February 5pm

It was deadest scorching there yesterday but a great show put on by the Steamers down there. The Albury Tigers AFL side deserve some wraps for having that ground looking the way it did. There must be some serious dosh rolling around in the O&M League down on the border to maintain that pitch...

    Waratahs 2014

I have played Brumby Jack in a previous life, hopefully the teams aren't stupid enough to put someone in a mascot suit today!

    Waratahs 2014

Sure am, I'll be the guy in the Brumbies kit on the sidelines. Presently 23 degrees at my joint, it's going to be cooking at 5pm when the match kicks off.

Trial - Rebels vs Waratahs - Saturday 1 February 5pm

Great planning by the teams for this one, 4pm - 6pm has been the hottest part of the day in this part of the world. I live in Wagga and the temp last night at 10pm was 29 Degrees at my joint, the tip is for warmer weather this weekend and this match will be played in 40 plus degree temps easily...

Sounds interesting. SIRU draft draw has been published (for 1st and 2nd Grade) since AGM last year. http://southerninland.rugbynet.com.au/default.asp?id=197424 I'm not aware of any discussions re Monaro/FSC/SIRU club games.

    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

Pre-season is generally based around the Coota 10's (15th March), Leeton 15's (22nd March) and SIRU 15 a side Knockout (29th March) being played over consecutive weekends leading into the first round of the season (5th April). Some clubs do like to do their own thing though, I'm pretty sure Ag...
