Doesn't this table show that Shore are massively under-performing? based on the exhausting selection process the selectors have said they have enough good players, that are in form to be equal top. If it isn't the players, then what is the reason? Is it the coaching? Is it strategy? Is it the...

This is why it is good having the two pathways, to even out some of the weird Gen Blue selections.

Rumour is there was an emergency AAGPS meeting this morning to discuss moving the entire round to this Thursday. However it was a knocked on the head as Shore and Scots can only field half a team as so many families had already sent pre-dated "sick leave" requests to get a head start on their...

Why is it assumed that High keeps a spot in the 3rds comp? Are High required to try and put out teams that provide some sort of contest? There overall results are pretty poor, here are the results from the summer season and last winter: Basketball - 1sts: 7th (3 wins), 2nds: 7th (3 wins)...

My understanding is that Newington opted-out when the 3rds comp started, when Grammar and High dropped back and TAS were added, and that's the way it has stayed.

They have lights on the College grounds at the school. Not really a need at the park.

Good question. To watch all three games in detail (including doing own stats as there is no third party feed), on top of the usual job, family etc, and be able to compare every position for all the games and then settle on a team within 4-5 hours from the first kickoff is very impressive.

Special mention to the Joeys boys and parents out in force supporting the 1sts and 2nds in the pouring rain. It was great to see.
