Robinson is still our 2nd best scrumhalf behind Genia.

Players we Should Have Selected Ahead of Salesi Ma'afu Based on Form

What's the difference between these guys? Ma'afu was in the squad last year.

SupeRugby Final 2011: Queensland Reds V Canterbury Crusaders

Didn't mind the scrum decisions from Lawrence. A lot of the time we hear people complaining that the refs should allow play to continue when the ball reaches the back of the scrum- I believe this, and it seemed to happen last night. Good for the spectacle. Good to see Genia back to top speed...

Gold Coast to host first test match...and other QLD Test hosting news..

They'll sound like pirates if they do make it SANZAAR.

I think it will be the 4 Nations, they probably won't rebrand it until after the RWC (rightly so, they should be focusing on the RWC).

England in Perth last year, Tri Nations game against the Boks the year before that.

Gav, I like seeing games in Melbourne as much as the next non-Melbourne resident, but the crowd numbers and interest in Rugby Union in Queensland at the moment is too good to pass up. If they didn't put more action in Queensland they'd be looking a gift horse in the chompers.

Imagine how nervous the players must be, AC.

    Wallabies V Samoa - Test 2011

That game probably should have been on a Sunday afternoon as this one is. Looked fucking freezing.

While you're at it, Blue, can you tell us how to say "Botha" correctly?

    Waratahs 2012

I sort of agree with you, Hawko, but I should have been more specific- I was referring to LG's insinuation that what is written on these forums is ever wrong. I'd like Elsom back too, and I think Mumm lacks the power for the second row. But I don't think he's really a good fit for 6 either...

15 and goalkicker please. On 90% for the year.

He's still a bit green in terms of experience.

Fitting SBW and Nonu into the AB team

Benched a couple of times late in the season, doesn't bode well does it.

I'd say it's more like this.

Deans has had an influence on the depth we're experiencing, but it's not as though all of this depth is thanks to Deans. Deans didn't create it, although he is part of the success.

    Brumbies 2012

Alexander would be a good guy to add to the squad. He's a tough second rower, and he's been played in the backrow in the Shute Shield as well.
