I agree about the advantage of an older team but quite often a strong U16 age group plays a big role in the 1st 15's success. Last year at BBC, the 1st XV finished a strong second, the 16A's finished equal 3rd and the 15A's went undefeated. The 14A's were second and the 13A's were undefeated...

Its like daylight savings....I still can't get my head around it and figure it out

Will be some nice depth at BBC next year. Great to have a fly half like the current BBC 1st XV player (who is grade 11 I think?)and then have a player like the U15 fly-half who also looks like a very good player. Not to mention some of the other backs and forwards in this team who might be...
