    Player Movements Shute Shield 2015

I am not aware if Gordon players are following Neil Tunnah to Norths but I am aware that he was the highest regarded coach down at the Highlanders. He is very popular with the players, has tremendous communication skills along with a good knowledge of the game. It was his ability to motivate...

I heard Narbonne withdrew their offer of a contract to Peterson. He wanted to play in the GF and Narbonne wanted him earlier. Contract was never signed.

I'm hearing Caputo is ok. The same cannot be said of Coleman the Academy coach.

Dear Mr Nong..... You have abused someone who made an objective comment. That's not the way we do business around here.

You have been in the place only 5 minutes. I was making an objective opinion of what may have happened in this instance. Just watch your tongue.

Clearly they have pushed them towards Sydney juniors. Pressure on GPS and CAS players to play village rugby otherwise they will not be selected.

I think there will be flaws in any merit type system and there will be kids close to selection but ultimately just miss out. In the end I think the selectors get it right most of the time. The two people most mentioned in connection with NTS/JGS are Hugh Carpenter and Manu Sutherland. I have...

I'm not too sure of this Malcsy. I can talk from a CHS point of view that there are 4 boys from the CHS team last year now in the Tahs academy. Perhaps that is higher than usual I'm not sure but if you make CHS you can be assured the scouts are watching.

    Hoppa banned from rugby

Bum poker and thug John Hopoate is at it again. This time for abusing one of our top referees Nathan Pearce in a 7's game at the Central Coast 7's tournament last October. After Pearce sent him from the field Hopoate abused him and threatened to take their dispute to "the carpark" of Morrie...

    Sydney Colts 2011

Millar has told the boys he is 103 kg. Anyway didn't Andrew Blades play for Oz at 108 kg? Give Millar a few years and he will put the weight on. I can confirm he has done 160 kg bench press which is a tremendous effort for his age. As a matter of interest the strongest bloke in the...

Gourley was a very good player in both codes. I remember he got into a couple of stouches with the lions pair of locks Wade Dooley and Paul Ackford and didn't fare too well. You can always tell a club isn't travelling too well when they dust off an old legend and attempt to play him. The...
