Given that the comp is ruled by the clubs, I don't think it is fair to try to hang that decision on NSWRU. The clubs (so I am told) were experiencing difficulty n recruiting to fill those teams and to then support them effectively.

You\r use of the available data does not support anything. What is the trend for thsi cohort over say the last 4 seasons, and tehn compare it with other ages - ie is there a drop off year on year and is it's magnitude any worse than years before - then you can see what the trend is telling you...

Clubs need to ask their SJRU delegate to lobby the SJRU committee. If it is as is asserted, chatswood should be asked to show cause as to why they should not be ejected from the competition, thereby invalidating all their rep players eligibilities. Only 1 question needs to be asked & answered...
