And scrum wasnt aaas fault. It was the axis of 1.Bell 2. Lonergan and their lock Swain. None of whom are known for scummaging

    Waratahs 2022

Originally signed as a THP and played alot of the TT there with Pone injured. Orr and Gibbon were their main LHPS with Eloff and Sordoni playing THP. They brought in Anae as a LHP also. But their top front row would be 1.Eloff 2. Uelese 3. Pone

I do hope we see Kellaway again, super sucks Daugunu is out. Though with Vunivalu, Hodge and Petaia back in teh squad (probably), there won't be room for both Muirhead and Kellaway.

    Wallabies 2021

Valetini has a harder battle than Wilson. Propped by the fact that Valetini was quite poor in his 2 starts, whereas the other 3 were good. If there was a game next week I would swap out Valetini altogether and bring Wilson off the bench. Though in a few weeks time? Not sure. You mention a...

    Wallabies 2021

I think we've seen a enough already Even in the recent 3 tests we had fringe guys come back into the fold/get named/make their cases (Uelese, Bell, Naisarani, Daugunu, Mcdermott) and a number of debutants (Lonergan, Swain, Ikitau, Kellaway) with a couple more debuts scuttled by injury (Kaituu...

Wasnt there something about ASY (Angus Scott-Young) thinking of doing study overseas (horwillesque)? Thus most likely open to moving there if he can play rugby then move back into studies.

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

The scrum triangle that got rolled was 1.Bell 2. Lonergan with Swain locking between them. Meanwhile they brought on the french thor. Bringing in Uelese is a good call to help as Lonergan may be mobile but against Test Packs? not yet, not yet.

    Wallabies 2021

Not sure bout the reds comment. They are very different types of players, but I think our backs are just lacking a bit of nous. Plenty of individual skill and speed but just lacking a bit between the ears. I think we are missing those smarter players who directed us around in a far more...

He's back in Rugby and has the required number of caps. I wouldnt pick him atm but TBH I think beale would be offering more then Banks atm. Beale is still a starting FB for a top tier proffessional team.

I read something that their salaries will be the comparable to nz super rugby (but adjusted for the lower cost of living in Fiji). Sooo probably not much.

    Rebels 2022

I'll knock any professional team that promotes 8 teenagers to their fulltime senior squad. I get nervous enough when teams sign players to senior contracts straight on the back of Aussie U20 - let alone U18.

Of course the majority - No school brings in over 50% of their athletes on scholarships. I feel your are addressing a specific team, or specifically that list of players. I'm speaking generally. BBC are very active in the market - not the only school, but from my experience in School Sport...

Many of their star players are late incoming scholarships. Says nothing about their program as a whole except it must be poor.

Looked more orange on TV then it did in person at the stadium.

And cheap enough. We are assuming they are good enough for Super Rugby, when it could be more realistic that they are the best available, developing, affordable youths and want to secure them.

Potentially: Force now have Mcintyre, Pasitoa, Kuenzle, Mcgregor and Strachan Rebels have To'omua and both Gordons Tahs have Harrison, Donaldson and Edmed If anyone needs Lucas, it's the Brumbies. After losing Pasitoa, Kuenzle and Hansen, their only 10 is Lolesio and their only 15 is Banks.
