Winter Tour; Wallabies v France Wednesday 7 July, Brisbane

With that, I'd go a bench of 16. Lonergan 17. Bell 18. Ala'alatoa 19. Timani 20. Naisarani/leota 21. Mcdermott 22. Ikitau 23. Daugunu However I would be concerned about starting Hodge @ 12 instead of being insurance as no. 22. You have a rookie 10, then the back up 10 (who is also the...

Winter Tour; Wallabies v France Wednesday 7 July, Brisbane

I must admit I don't understand comparing props with their opposite number when the scrum is the only time they actually battle with another prop. Surely it would be Slipper or Bell v Bamba.

    Wallabies 2021

RC would be fantastic, but you're right. EOYT would be the best (and cheapest) way to use them, both 2021 and 2022.

You weren't the only one that wrote those words. Also I am coming across a common theme that we are happy with our lock stocks with which I disagree. Our lock pathway is promising, but our available top tier fall short. I would have made it a direct reply had I meant to isolate your comment.

    Wallabies 2021

Current locks are not too bad. TOO BAD? Such a low bar we set ourselves. Arnold and Skelton are the only combo that could go toe to toe with Dejager/Etzebeth, Whitelock/Rettalick, Itoje, Lawes, Henderson, etc. Phillip, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) and Rodda are not too bad, but they are, on a good day, equivalent to...

That is Paisami, but there was a report yesterday To'omua had returned to camp.

Winter Tour; Wallabies v France Wednesday 7 July, Brisbane

Jeez. Lucky the french brought their B squad because we have ours. Looking at a team of aussies not available for various reasons (some not confirmed) - 1. Slipper 2. Latu 3. Ainsley 4. Arnold 5.Skelton 6. Hanigan 8. Mcmahon 7. Gill 9. White 10. JOC (James O'Connor) 11. Naivalu 12. To'omua 13. Kerevi 14...

    Waratahs 2022

He did, well at least the outcome of his tenure was a report in which his finding was they definitely need to develop a coaching pathway. .. Sooooo fixed?

    Rebels 2022

Absolutely hope not. Especially as they don't have a Fullback on the roster with DHP and Worth gone.

    Aussie Player Exodus

He just retired so should be free! But I wouldn't be surprised if a couple teams had been trying to get on the phone with Jesse Mogg.

    Aussie Player Exodus

Could be Reds (Hegarty) Could be Force (Kearney), Tahs (Maddocks) or Rebels (DHP) Australia in desperate need of a decent full back to challenge Banks.

    Aussie Player Exodus

He's a very popular guy right now. They might have just done the 4 (against best advice) to secure him over a rival club or australia. A guy of that age and size would massively value long term security

    Western Force 2022

It would be a real shame if all those players left and got replaced by younger developing players only. That would make the Force worse....not better.

    Waratahs 2022

Not writing him off - but its not a good comparison - Quade was a wallaby same year he was U20. Quade was wayyyyyyyyy more skilled then Mark

    Waratahs 2022

Except quade got 70 test caps and Mark will get 0.

    Western Force 2022

With Brache going with TK, and Kahui still a ? whether he will or won't (coach or play ) The hunt must again be on for a real quality 13. Throw in Kearney and (is Taefu going?) and the Force are looking skinny again. They needed the new recruits from Brumbies to strengthen the depth, not...

    Wallabies 2021

Do any of the above have the ability or experience to come close (or ever come close) to him? 134 Super Rugby caps and 70 tests. Worlds best tackler or not - he would still walk into the 10 jersey at Tahs, Rebels and Force still and if To'omua and JOC (James O'Connor) are really out (let's hope not) there is no one...

    Wallabies 2021

    A) - Thank god the french are under strength coz now we are seriously to. How many guys from our best 23 are not available/eligible? Latu, Arnold, Skelton, Mcmahon, White, JOC (James O'Connor), To'omua, Kerevi, Petaia (maybe)? Then guys who would otherwise be in the squad Kaituu, Rodda, perese, Vunivalu, Dhp...
