Hope they hold onto Naisarani. Harri6, and Naisarani 8 would be solid.

    Wallabies 2023

When did Gleeson become an option at 7? When has he played 7? Or are we just saying yup be 7 because he is a bit quicker and shorter then the average 8...like Savea

    Kaituu still solid.

    Wallabies 2023

They are being blooded - Lolesio given plenty of chances, Donaldson had his and is in teh squad and now Gordon is getting his shots. Lonergan replaced Gordon and Mcdermott is getting plenty of goes. I'd say the halves ARE being blooded. Slowly, as is best.

Yeh but WHO is being denied caps - who is better that is being overlooked. I just named like 8 young guys getting caps and debuts and exposure. Not sure who these guys are out there who aren't being given every possible chance to impress the coaches.

    Wallabies 2023

Who are these Foreign based players keeping out of the squad? Well I suppose we are using Fraser Mcreight and not Mcmahon. But Kerevi - one of the worlds leading 12's keeping out..Walton? Arnold and Skelton keeping out Neville? Swain? Quite easy to justify I'd say. Quade keeping...

    Queensland Reds 2024

I was speaking to their Schoolboy coach and he agreed. Like a Adam K, Hewat, Schatz.- too big for 7, too weak for 8, too short for 6 type players that do really well at this level but struggle for impact at pro level. Though Schatz did pretty well but alot of pro teams didnt rate him enough...

    Queensland Reds 2024

Oh I was just saying that it's UNFORTUNATE that the Reds u20 forwards were the backups. Neither will add any significant value to the pro squad imo.

    Wallabies 2023

Eddie has mentioned Petaia going back to 13, but not sure how in the picture he is atm injury wise. I'd suggest it'd be Perese with Hodge on the bench.

    Wallabies 2023

Perese has been training in the main squad so guess he is healthy and above Flook & Walton in the pecking order. Flook outdid Walton when he came on. Paisami also a chance of a call up/return.

    Queensland Reds 2024

QLD featured really the backup 7 and 8 in Baker and Bryant. Not really what we need unfortunately.

Could through LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) in that conversation also.

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

With that starting XV, the bench would be: 16. Uelese 17. Eloff 18. Faamausili 19. Smith 20. Ekuasi 21. Maunder 22. Gordon/Jooste 23. Pincus Quite a forward bomb squad.

Few names not there yet. Coleman, Timani, Pulu, Moala & Kata

    Waratahs 2024

4 centres is standard and Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) is NOT a fb. Harrison and Wilson are the backups for now. Don't forget - they weren't allowed to replace Beale so he is holding a spot.

    Waratahs 2024

With Marolt and Vonappen getting the shove this year, wasn't it just last year that Williams and Douglas got the shove? Bockenham the year before that? That's a lot of NSW pathways best and brightest locks getting a big 0 on their report cards after a year in the big leagues.

Springboks v Wallabies, Loftus Versfeld, Sun 9th Jul 1.05am AEST

Yeh I'd go Cooper again, but next to Kerevi. Give Gordon a slightly longer run in the 2nd half.
