I think the Joeys rugby program is phenomenal. Boys through every grade across every age group play with structure, purpose and passion. Fitness levels, particularly in the lower grades, are rarely matched by their opposition. The results speak for themselves. Other teams will come and go but...

Australian Schoolboys & National Championships 2015

For those interested I contacted the Australian Schools Rugby Union to see if the matches were to be televised and was advised. Matches will be live streamed - most likely via the Reds or ARU websites. This will be announced on the ASRU website. When I pointed out the disappointing feeds...

I see you're voting with your heart rather than your head Azzuri. A clean sweep to Kings against Scots is a courageous call.....foolhardy perhaps.....blind faith.....myopia at the very least. Pity.......you seem so well informed on other matters.....:)

Riverview played a very smart game in the first half. Kept possession, picked and drived and held the ball for long periods of time to great effect. They deserved their lead. Until 3 minutes before half time Scots didn't seem to get out of second gear. After the break Scots switched it on and...

Last year Shore rose to the occassion and were within a whisper of winning. They played with great passion. I am a scots supporter but would love to see another close encounter like last year....(as long as Scots sneak home)

Correct. The Prima donnas needed to meet and mate with more thinly boned of the flock. If the Rugby Players were afforded that opportunity, then the mixing of the genes would reduce the potency of future Rugby Players. Yes that certainly isn't a gene pool you would wish to dilute! I would...

Dr Azzuri suggests that you and your back line counterparts put down the curling tongs, hide the hair product and commence HTFU therapy. While it wont fix the back line's predisposition to treating their bodies like amusement parks it will give you guys an edge when you are thumb wrestling your...

The game is won or lost by the Rugby Players. The Onlookers and Finishers simply determine the magnitude of the victory. The forum seems to have been besieged by former forwards desperate to forget their playing day disappointments. The 'majestic beasts' that Azzuri speaks of were more often...

Ah....Tahspark. Wonderful to see your partisan enthusiasm......trust me it will be 20 points at the very least...........I'll be by the Bellevue Hill barbecue at the end of the game with a large slice of 'piping hot' humble pie for you to consume......unless of course the unthinkable...

Tips for me Newington by 30 Riverview by 30 Scots by 20 No close ones this weekend. Joeys were beaten at home by Scots when playing at their best. At Bellevue Hill against an improved Scots outfit and without top points scorer Wright they will be atleast 20 points adrift.

    NSW AAGPS Rugby 2015

As a Scots supporter and parent I can verify there was indeed a small group of older boys hurling unsavoury and unnecessary abuse at the opposition players. It is wonderful to see so many Scots boys in support at away games but the school does need to ensure that a few bad apples don't tarnish...
