We need someone with better hands, timing and judgement to be putting Tom in half spaces or spaces and he will carve up. Currently, he makes some opportunities on his own, but generally ends up with little / no support, which, I think, leads to trying the low percentage offload / kick etc...

We have nobody who creates an attacking platform. Our attack is so formulaic that the defence is not challenged to have to repel it. Couple that with conceding 5-7 metres at least every bloody phase when defending and we are easily contained. The opposition just has to wait for the inevitable...

It's getting a bit silly here. As long as no-one is moving clearly laterally to block a defender, I seriously doubt it would, or should be called.
