    Waratahs 2022

You might think that, but the inner west has a massive rugby presence with a significant cohort of solid senior subbies rugby clubs like Drummoyne, Petersham, Briars, Balmain, St Pats Old Boys, Canterbury. Another couple like Hunters Hill and Old Iggy's (Ryde) are just a 20m drive to Leichhardt...

    Super Rugby 2022

Take Hooper's huge cap tally out of the mix and remaining squad average test caps goes down to 2... Total caps 46 between 22 players. The next highest capped player and the only other player with double digits (16) is Bell... and he's only in his second year of Super Rugby! Take Hooper's even bigger...

    Waratahs 2022

Fair enough, but I'd suggest a visit there first to see for yourself, you might be surprised. All you can eat Brazilian steakhouse in Phillip St followed by a stroll to the game with post match review beers at the Royal Oak. You might even come back again.......... ;)

    Waratahs 2022

Perhaps you should have just made the point that it's too far for you to travel. Fair enough if you just like to go to games you can walk home from with a few pub stop-ins on the way. Would have been more accurate than having a little dig at the Parramatta location for it's lack of venue's that...

    Waratahs 2022

You clearly haven't been there in a long time. Parramatta is now a vibrant restaurant precinct. Pubs are all in good shape and family friendly. Easily as well presented as many popular pubs around Surry Hills/inner city areas. I'm there to catch up with old mates 3 - 4 times a year and the pub...

    Waratahs 2022

Vailanu played for Coleman both at Gordon and the LA Giltini's. I expect he'd be on a promise as Coleman is clearly a fan. He's a bloody good footballer in the Latu mould, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up as the Tah's starting No. 2 at some point this season.

Australian Bid for 2027 World Cup

Anyone here have an understanding of the financial windfall (read net profit post completion) the ARU expect to receive post hosting RWC 2027? (Assuming we win it of course...) Have seen plenty about the total economic boost for Aust (which will be massive.. after attending RWC in Japan myself...

    Player eligibility

If I recall correctly, the whole Grandparent eligibility thing was all about Scotland/Wales etc being able to pick the odd bloke called Hamish or Gareth living and playing in England back in the 5N days, but it's evolved into a bit of a quagmire these days. Should be parents only, but the 5N...

Wales v Australia, Sunday 21st 4.30 am ADST.

Whatever your views are on the technical validity of the Welsh try decision after watching every angle plus slow motion replays, in the nearly 200 years and thousands of matches ever played, in real time, with any other referee, that knock down would have resulted in a scrum to Australia.

    Wallabies 2023

We've got an interesting comparison with Rahboni at the Waratahs who switched between I/C and backrow at the Sunwolves, he looked pretty good. Wilson would need to strip off a bit of bulk and work on his speed, but probably still young enough to make it work given enough coaching and game time..

    Wallabies 2023

I think we are really looking at the following rolling up to RWC 23 Hooper starts in all games Valetini starts in all games but can play either 8 or 6 Leota/ Swinton/Wilson/McReight/ Samu/Wright fight it out for the other 2 spots depending on form and the makeup of the rest of the forward...

    Wallabies 2021

It is strange that there is an issue considering the Brave blossoms are touring at the same time and there don't appear to be any club v country problems elsewhere.
