Jarryd Hayne signs with Fiji Sevens

Getting reported that he will probably not be able to play any sport, including 7s for 6 months because the NFL doesn't follow WADA guidelines.

    Rugby post 2019

The TRC is included in the latest broadcast deal through to 2020, and there's no way the 6 nations is disappearing so it's really the June and November test windows that are up in the air. But we can see what happens in world cup years when the ARU losses these test matches - it does ugly...

    Reds V Hurricanes, Round 12, 14 May 2016

One of QC (Quade Cooper)'s first starting games was a massive upset of the Bulls in 2008(?) - they put 40 points on them. We're still waiting for McIntire to show us something like that.

Does he only represent the professional players or all players in Queensland?

    Reds 2016

Yep. That's the one. Luckily it's a traditional clash between great rivals to maintain the interest.

    Reds 2016

Good article in the Australian on the weekend about the massive issues with the super Rugby fixture list. Reds have 1 home game between the cheetahs in April and Chiefs in July. 1 home game in 10 weeks.

Crusaders v Reds, Round 11, 6 May 2016, AMI Stadium, Christchurch

Would love to see some moneyball style analysis of possession stats v points scored. My impression is if you have the ball a lot it often means you're going nowhere and not scoring any points

    Rugby TV Ratings 2016

good to see the Shute Shield getting OK numbers. Hopefully that's enough eyeballs to generate the return that is needed to keep it going. QRU shows a game through their Facebook etc channels but it's just not the same

    Rugby TV Ratings 2016

They are running pretty much the same as last year for the published numbers, but that normally excludes SA, Argentina, Singapore and Japan.
