Would the state owned stadium concession holders even be allowed to offer drink deals if the teams paid for it? RSA etc?.

The usual excuse is that the stadium contracts don't allow promotions like these. Wonder how true that is?

I had a chat with someone last night who has dished out some of these grants in an unrelated but similar field at sate and federal level. This sort of thing (directors giving loans, money being used for purpose it's not intended for) is absolutely rife, especially amongst the smaller community...

Dean's dad sits on the board of Buildcorp, they are basically funding the development of the game so it is at least somewhat relevant. Might also explain why Dean keeps getting picked ;)
