It's not black and white though. How many were at the cricket,basketball or rowing spectating? How many watch the first XV? What are the participation numbers in each of these sports. Rugby is much more influential than any of the other GPS sports IMO.

I think the issue is more a logistical one. The cab sav needs more time in the cellar than the Shiraz. Hence what appears to be a healthier stock of the cab sav.
