    Shute Shield 2013

Ditto Im jack of pulling success down, it should be followed where possible. But tribalism is rife and we can hate Uni. There should be some great club rugby coming up, will we see JOC (James O'Connor) take on the Woodies this weekend.

    Shute Shield 2013

HJ, a leg up straight into the Shute without having to play for it, in the early years a number of players were also encouraged that way but didn't stay. Was it due to; Culture, it can't be given fom the establishment it is built within. I do believe the right culture would assist in attracting...

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

JOC (James O'Connor) may even consider he was a goose at times, we all make errors, maybe this wake up call he wakes with a different attitude. I like the way Link explained his approach, mutual respect with and within the Reds team - I'm going to wait and see before casting further judgement. His signing may...

    Shute Shield 2013

I was suggesting instead of tipping money into Penrith, is there something else that can be looked at. Albeit I don't know about the ins and outs of a clubs P&L I think it would be a riskier investment tipping money into the Emu's if you look at the last 15 years. Like most readers I'd say at a...

If Higgers didn't get injured what would our back row have looked like?

    Shute Shield 2013

Should they survive though, has their presence over the last 15+ years increased the numbers out west? What has the ARU, NSWRU really invested in the Shute in general, the strong clubs have made use of their resources to achieve their position. The mooted 3T has been discussed in many threads...

    MANLY 2013

Yes Nostra, 2s was a hard one, they had a stronger pack, and we had better backs the binning of our lock??? I think was the turning point. My first colts game, the # 6 had an awesome game, and Reece's vision wider out often had the outside back in space.

    Rebels 2014

p.Tah, did the Rebels beat us with or without the Egos? I don't think it was JOC (James O'Connor) who ignited the Rebels I think it was their ability to create multiple phases whilst crossing the ad line each time. There go forward made it very very easy for JOC (James O'Connor) to through the pass as the outside backs were...

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

Tongue in cheek, or do you have an alteriour motive. The forward support play was immense and there was some good width - Jones and Jordy I will say again great display.

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

That last 35 minutes was some of the most attractive rugby I've seen this season. On a number of occasions phases clocked past 10 with good go forward play, width, and support. Luke Jones was definitely a stand out, Jordy also made some telling plays.

Competition - Link's top priority with the Wallabies

Biggsy very very well put, Beale and Jock there are numerous reason to piss them both off. BUT!!! Prior to Link joining the Reds QC (Quade Cooper) was a little wayward, and what Link brought changed his ways and there is a lot of mutual respect. QC (Quade Cooper)'s use of the word Toxic could have had (lack of respect in...

    For Sale: One Test 10

Read this thread and thought we were talking about a five eight. JOC (James O'Connor) isn't a number 10 - well the general consensus on the forum is he's not a 10. He has incredible skills, and an incredible personality, and I think he needs an incredible mentor with people skills to balance certain areas...

    Ewen McKenzie: Wallaby Coach

I agree on you points. I think the changing of the guard will create an us against them impact and the playing group will bunker down with a new focus.

    Ewen McKenzie: Wallaby Coach

Not entirely what I meant, I was wanting to make reference to the possible lack of respect JOC (James O'Connor), and KB (Kurtley Beale) have to various areas, at varying degrees - just my perspective as a spectator. This may change with Link on board and one of his allies being QC (Quade Cooper) (again from an outsiders view).

    Ewen McKenzie: Wallaby Coach

TOXIC, Keen to explore QC (Quade Cooper) comments last year, what he said, and how it was delivered was wrong - that simple. Could he have been meaning some of the players have limited respect of Robbie? It is quite clear the playing group at the Reds hold Link in high regards, respect and also support him...

    MANLY 2013

Not sure coach, waiting as well. 13 point by each team each half, a balanced even game across the park. Sigg was having an awesome game, prior to the injury. I hear 2nds had a very strong win. 1st ABC did the job for me. Bye this week and then LADIES DAY down at the village 20 July V Easts, a...
