What do you make of Benji Marshal to rugby?

I haven't read the preceding 6 pages, I have my doubts about Benji playing the 15 man game, but I think he will carve it up in the Sevens. He is very active in the touch circuit, and is held in very high regard. With the Olympics around the corner could he have his real eye on that?

    Shute Shield 2013

Another great day down at the Village Green (all bar 20 minutes of rain that saw all the ladies run for the Marquee. A good crowd sat under the Saucer, and stood across the Eastern touchline to watch some of the returning Super Players. Derby next weekend, and rats just pipped the Wicks...

HJ - no Eastwood players in the squad???? and they sit top of table - I find that stranger than omitting Roach???? A bit like no Uni players being good enough to make a Sydney V Country games hey ;) .

    NSW Barbarians tour to Argentina

Rugger, my first reaction was it was f'en stupid but before I had finished my post I'd changed my angle - as mentioned above in the past NSW has lost a lot of players to other states, we are giving some mysteries a good shot at it. It sucks that it is in the middle of the crunch end of the...

    NSW Barbarians tour to Argentina

Knee maybe okay shortly, still not being named in a Manly team. Not a bad team sheet for Manly 2nds this week though.

    NSW Barbarians tour to Argentina

Hearing you!!! But. In the past me include I've been frustrated about quality players being lost to other provinces - could Cheika be vetting players to reduce this happening.

    Shute Shield 2013

Manly Ladies day this weekend against Easts. A film clip from 2012 - hope it works. < iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id=4057164704139" width="400" height="300" frameborder="0"></iframe> Some quality players in the listed teams, worth getting down to the ground early.

    Colts 2013

I like to watch, appreciate your response. Like my response to yours I don't think either of us hit the appropriate mark it was intent for. Manly takes notice of their juniors! There is a talent pool out west, how do we capitalise? Hugh Jarse as has posted considerable information on ideas, and...

    Shute Shield 2013

Izy going to Uni is a unique example, and I would have liked to see him go out west. I think a lot of their grade did filter through their colts system, they are only making use of their resources, we can still all dislike them though. The club championship is closer than it's been for the...

    Shute Shield 2013

I'll pay that, hopefully see Holla hurdle JOC (James O'Connor) like he did that ruck V Manly.

    Colts 2013

Manly doing what it does with the Juniors; Newly revived academy team taken down by Northern Irish visitors Not unlike the Lions, but more frequently, The Royal School Dungannon from Northern Ireland, visits our shores. There is a tradition whereby they play a Manly Academy side on a Tour...

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

Ah so it is the pack that lays the foundations, the pack didn't stand up in the Third Test - one close rand try. V's the Rebels against the Highlanders in the 2nd half - the go forward and the multiple phases from the forwards allowed (or set) up the tries. Shit the forwards can make the backs...

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

A playmaker like we had in the third test?

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

Cadreyn and Pyle both had strong games, why not Jones at 6 and all three? Manly cant wait to have Cadrey, Jones, and Jordy running around, and Pyle is also from the Peninsular as well.

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

Come on, with Jordy, with out Jordy. Yeah there was a big gap between Jones and next but I would have given Jordy 2 or 1 in MOM.

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

I think thr tide and started to turn before JOC (James O'Connor) ran out.
